Sweden and Germany will tussle it out for top spot in Group C on Saturday (20:00 BST, ITV1) having both secured two wins from two at the European Championship so far. The winners of the group will face the runners-up of Group D, which could be France, England or the Netherlands in the quarter-finals.

Winning the group may not be that beneficial then, but below you can find Sweden vs Germany Bet Builder Tips.

Draw

These two are in utterly superb form coming into this clash, which pits the sixth-highest ranked team in international football (Sweden), up against the nation ranked third. This is one of the match-ups of the tournament so far and I’m hoping that both teams go all-out for the win, but I’m not sure that will be the case.

Sweden currently hold top spot on goal difference and so a draw will be enough for them to hold onto first position. Given England lost to France in their opening match, if France beat the Netherlands, they will top Group D - and you could argue that Germany would rather face them than the current holders.

Sweden vs Germany Odds

Germany have won their last seven and haven’t lost a game in 2025, while Sweden have won their last four and also haven’t tasted defeat in their last 14. These are two powerhouses of the European game that could well go deep into this competition, and it wouldn’t surprise me if they can’t be separated in this one.

If the scores are level with 20 minutes to play, we can expect Sweden to sit back and try and see out the result, while Germany may also be happy to watch the clock tick down. I’m confident in backing parity in Zurich.

Today's Football Fixtures

Poland vs Sweden Bet Builder Stats

  • Sweden are unbeaten in their last 14 games (W10, D4)
  • Germany have won seven in a row
  • Lea Schuller has scored seven goals in eight for her country in 2025

Lea Schuller to score

Lea Schuller is a remarkable goalscorer, who is enjoying somewhat of a purple patch this summer. She’s scored seven goals for her country in 2025 in just eight appearances, including two in two matches at these Euros.

Schuller has been a top striker for Bayern Munich in recent years, but for Germany her performances have gone up a level and I’d expect her to cause Sweden trouble in this one. The Germans created an xG of 2.77 v Denmark and remarkably created the exact same figure against Poland - so they shouldn’t have any trouble providing their talisman with chances in this one.

Stina Blackstenius to score

Let’s also back the super Swede to find the net. Stina Blackstenius scored in the win over Poland to make it four goals in six international matches in 2025, while she bagged five in eight across 2024.

In the league, she only scored five for Arsenal this term, but she did hit that iconic winner in the Champions League final against Barcelona, and has proven that she can compete against the best defenders in the world. Sweden need her to produce, and I think she can find the net in this open encounter.
