Spurs/Liverpool – HT/FT

With these two sides having really impressive starts to the season, this could be one of the showpiece fixtures of the year thus far.

Angeball is alive and well in north London, as former Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou continues to shine as man manager and tactician.

Spurs are unbeaten and sit fourth in the table, after a superb comeback point against crosstown rivals Arsenal last week.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have continued their momentum from last season and are now unbeaten in 17 games in the Premier League.

One slight chink in the Reds armour has been their inability to keep a clean sheet and they have fallen behind on more than on occasion.

They fell behind against Bournemouth, Newcastle and Wolves before going on to secure the victory.

Spurs to be winning at half time and Liverpool to be in front after 90 minutes gives us a huge start to this three-pronged salvo.

Son Heung-Min to score

Next up, we have two fairly straight-forward decisions in Son and Salah to score.

The South Korean has adopted a much more central no.9 role this season, as Harry kane has moved on to pastures new.

After a disappointing campaign last year, Son has risen to the challenge and is excelling as the focal point of the Spurs attacks.

The 31-year-old boasts five goals in his first six appearances and should get chances here to put Tottenham in front.

Mohamed Salah to score

Liverpool turned down a mega-money move for the Egyptian wing-forward this summer and it’s not hard to see why.

The 31-year-old has accumulated 140 goals in 224 matches for the Reds and is not only their chief goal threat but also their figurehead.

If Liverpool do fall behind, it will be up to the likes of Salah to dig them out of a hole and it’s a job that he seems to relish doing.

If we combine all three selections, we are left with a hefty 50/1 shot, which is worth a bit of pocket change.
