Dundee United vs Aberdeen Prediction: Dons eyeing another defeat

Aberdeen's search for a new manager has been delayed by "unforeseen circumstances" with interim boss Peter Leven remaining in temporary charge. On the field, the Dons have lost seven of their last eight Scottish Premiership matches and it has been a miserable time in the Granite City.
They'll be hoping for improvements when taking on The Terrors on Tuesday night (19:45). Read on for my Dundee United vs Aberdeen predictions.

Dundee United vs Aberdeen Odds
Dundee United are 13/10 to win on home turf, Aberdeen are 21/10 to win on the road and the draw is available at 23/10.
Over 2.5 goals is 10/11 and both teams to score can be backed at 4/6.
Team News
On-loan midfielder Isaac Pappoe is out with a knee injury, while United are also sweating on the fitness of Craig Sibbald, who was forced off against Killie on Saturday.
For the Dons Kristers Tobers, Mats Knoester and Nicholas Suman are missing through injury, while Liam Morrison is suspended following his red card against Dundee last weekend. Graham Shinnie is back from a ban.
Dundee United to win @ 6/5
Aberdeen are still searching for a replacement for former manager Jimmy Thelin and it has all become a bit messy in the Granite City.
The Dons have lost seven of their last eight Scottish Premiership matches and Leven's side were run hard in a 3-2 Pittodrie defeat to Dundee at the weekend.
Aberdeen have been reduced to ten men in four of their last five matches, with ill-discipline and frustration not helping matters.
United were a little unfortunate to concede a last-gasp leveller to Killie last time out, but a recent victory over Falkirk and their effort in defeat against Hibs suggests Jim Goodwin's men can claim the win at Tannadice.

Over 3.5 goals @ 9/4
There have been 20 goals in Aberdeen's last five matches and last weekend's game with Dundee ended in a 3-2 defeat.
The Dons do hold some attacking potential, but they are wide open defensively, conceding 16 goals in their previous seven away games and similar comments apply to United.
The Terrors have seen two of their last four matches go over 3.5 goals and Goodwin's side conceded a goal against lower-league opponents Spartans in the Scottish Cup last week.
Backing over 3.5 goals looks a value play at Tannadice.
