Napoli coach Antonio Conte is without Juan Jesus, who has racked up an automatic suspension for yellow cards.

David Neres is back in contention for the Azzurri though, while Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, Romelu Lukaku, Billy Gilmour and Kevin De Bruyne all remain out with injury.

Parma are missing first-choice keeper Zion Suzuki with a broken hand, Abdoulaye N’Diaye due to a muscle issue and Matija Frigan, who is the victim of cruciate ligament damage.

Coach Carlos Cuesta’s main decision will be whether he goes with Pontus Almqvist or Jacob Ondrejka in attacking midfield.

He has always been adept in the air, and, whether playing wider to allow for De Bruyne’s inclusion, or coming through the middle from deep, McTominay has so been deadly.

His headed goal against Verona last week was his fifth of six in total this season. And even those two against Inter don’t sway me away from the value in the 17/2 odds for him to register with his head once more.
