Team News
Romelu Lukaku is expected to face disciplinary action from Napoli after failing to report for training following his withdrawal from the Belgium squad, so his availability on Monday remains unclear.
That apart, Antonio Conte has no fresh injury concerns to deal with, although David Neres, Antonio Vergara, Gio Di Lorenzo and Amir Rrahmani remain sidelined.
As for Milan, Rafael Leao is the notable absentee after suffering a groin injury before his side's last match against Torino, meaning that he was unable to join up with Portugal for the international break as a result.
Matteo Gabbia is unlikely to feature following hernia surgery and Ruben Loftus-Cheek remains sidelined long term.
Napoli vs AC Milan Predicted Lineups
- Napoli: Milinkovic-Savic; Beukema, Buongiorno, Olivera; Politano, Gilmour, Lobotka, Gutierrez; De Bruyne, McTominay; Hojlund
- AC Milan: Maignan; Tomori, De Winter, Pavlovic; Saelemaekers, Fofana, Modric, Rabiot, Bartesaghi; Pulisic, Fullkrug
Napoli are 6/4 to claim a vital three points, giving them an implied win probability of 40%, while Milan are 2/1 and the draw is 21/10.
Both teams to score - yes is 10/11, and over 2.5 goals is available at 5/4.
Napoli vs AC Milan Stats
- This fixture hasn't finished 0-0 in the last 17 meetings
- AC Milan have scored just six goals in their last five matches
Napoli to win and both teams to score - yes @ 9/2
Both sides have struggled in front of goal in recent weeks so this pick may look slightly ambitious on the surface.
Napoli have won and both teams have scored in three of their last four Serie A games, and as mentioned above, this fixture hasn't finished goalless in each of the last 17 meetings.
Both teams scored in the reverse fixture at San Siro - which Milan won 2-1 - and with the visitors being without their talisman in Leao, I'm backing Napoli to claim all three points.

Correct Score - Napoli 2-1 @ 9/1
A big price this one, but I think it's full of value. Following on from my first tip, I'm backing a correct score of 2-1 to the home side on Monday night. Yes, both teams have struggled in front of goal in recent weeks, but hear me out.
Milan have become an astute unit defensively under Massimiliano Allegri, shipping just 23 goals this term, but their lack of goal threat has been noticeable.
The hosts have scored just five goals in three games but they've netted exactly twice in their last three home league outings. Milan's defence should keep this game low-scoring, but I can see a solitary goal from Napoli deciding this fixture.
