Team News

Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez is still sidelined with a thigh injury, while an ankle issue could rule out Alessandro Bastoni, who missed last Friday's 3-0 victory over Cagliari in Serie A.

Fellow defender Yann Bisseck has been absent from his side's last three games with a thigh problem, but he's recently resumed training and could feature on Tuesday, while Petar Sucic is free to return after serving a suspension last Friday.

Football Odds

Jayden Addai (Achilles) has been joined in the Como treatment room by Sergi Roberto (hamstring), who was withdrawn at half-time of his side's 4-3 home defeat to Inter in Serie A on April 12 before missing their 2-1 loss at Sassuolo five days later.

Inter Milan vs Como Predicted Lineups

  • Inter Milan: J.Martinez; Akanji, De Vrij, Carlos Augusto; Dumfries, Barella, Calhanoglu, Zielinski, Dimarco; Thuram, Esposito
  • Como: Butez; Smolcic, Ramon, Kempf, Valle; Perrone, Da Cunha; Diao, Paz, Baturina; Douvikas

Inter Milan vs Como Odds

Inter Milan are 8/11 to triumph in regulation time, implying a 57.9% probability of success, while Como are 7/2, or a 22.2% chance, in the 90-minute market, with the draw, which would send the tie to extra time, offered at 11/4.

The hosts are 4/11 to win the tie by any means, with the visitors priced at 2/1 in the same market.

Betfred's Price Boosts include Marcus Thuram To Score First at 11/2 (was 9/2).

Inter Milan vs Como Stats

  • COM have taken the most shots in all three H2Hs this season
  • Dumfries (INT) bagged a brace in the last H2H
  • Valle (COM) has recorded one shot in all three H2Hs this term (scored in last one)

Team With Most Shots - Como @ 7/2

Inter top the Serie A charts for shots taken this season, recording 582 across 33 games at an average of 17.6 p/g.

Como, meanwhile, rank fourth, with their 476 across 33 averaging out at 14.4 p/g.

Crucially for this bet, though, Como have taken the most shots in their last four meetings with Inter, including all three this season.

Today's Football Fixtures

Inter thrashed Como 4-0 at home in Serie A last December, but Cristian Chivu's charges recorded just 11 shots to their opponents' 15, and in the reverse league fixture earlier this month, I Nerazzurri scored another four goals, from just seven shots, while I Lariani hit the back of the net with three of their 24 efforts.

Last month's first leg in the Coppa Italia, meanwhile, was a nervy affair, with just eight shots taken in the whole game, five by Cesc Fabregas' Como, and three by Inter.

An early goal for Como on Tuesday could curtail this bet, but the longer this game stays all square, or if Inter go in front at any stage, the 7/2 price for the visitors to take the most shots will look like real value.

Bet Builder - Denzel Dumfries (INT) 2+ Shots & Alex Valle (COM) 1+ Shots @ 13/5

Inter right wing-back Denzel Dumfries was named Player of the Match in his side's 4-3 league win at Como earlier this month after scoring with both of his shots.

The 30-year-old only returned from a long-term injury lay-off in late February, and didn't make his first start of the calendar year until March 14, but he's shown no signs of ring rustiness, beginning Inter's last five games and contributing two goals and one assist in that sequence.

Dumfries has recorded at least one shot in all five of those starts and at least two in four; he shot three times in last Friday's victory over Cagliari, five days after his match-winning brace against Como.

The Netherlands international has faced Como once before at San Siro, in a 2-0 league victory last season (December 2024), and in that game, he shot three times, hitting the target with his final attempt.

I'm also adding in a shot for Como left-back Alex Valle, who opened the scoring in their league meeting earlier this month.

The 21-year-old, who is averaging 0.5 shots per 90 in this season's Serie A, has registered exactly one shot in all three games against Inter in 2025/26.
