Team News
Antonio Nusa was handed his first start in the Bundesliga at the weekend, so he's expected to retain his place here. Lois Openda and Benjamin Sesko will both start in the final third, while Assan Ouedraogo and Xaver Schlager are set to miss out due to injury.
Meanwhile, Juventus could again be without Timothy Weah, and Arkadiusz Milik has yet to feature this season after suffering a knee injury on international duty, but Francisco Conceicao returned to the fold at the weekend, coming off the bench to score a late goal against Genoa.
Michele Di Gregorio looks set to replace Mattia Perin between the sticks and Dusan Vlahovic will lead from the front of Wednesday night, after scoring a brace last time out in Serie A.

Leipzig are 13/10 to claim their first Champions League win of the season, giving them an implied win probability of 43.5%. The draw is priced up at 5/2, and a Juve win can be backed at 21/10.
Both teams to score is trading at 8/11, and Openda - who scored 28 goals in 44 games across all competitions last term for Leipzig - leads the anytime goalscorer market at 13/8, followed by his teammate Sesko at 15/8.
Juventus to win and under 2.5 goals @ 11/2
Juventus have enjoyed a fantastic season so far under the stewardship of Motta but the Old Lady will be made to work to keep their unbeaten record on Wednesday night in what could be a tightly-contested affair.
Leipzig have lost just one match so far this season – on matchday one of the Champions League at Atletico Madrid – and they became the first side to defeat Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga in over a season at the end of August.
Juve saw off the threat of PSV Eindhoven with ease in their Champions League opener - with Ismael Saibari’s injury-time consolation for the Dutch side being the only goal that the Italian giants have conceded in any competition this term.
The German side have conceded just twice across their last three matches in all competitions, so perhaps just one goal could be enough to give either side victory.
I'm backing Juve to get the job done as I think they have more all-round quality in their squad compared to the hosts, and they'll want to preserve their unbeaten start to the season.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
Half-time result - draw @ 6/5
I think that these two sides will be evenly matched, so backing the half-time result to be a draw could be the way to go.
As mentioned, neither side have conceded many goals so far this term, and the defensive strength of both teams suggests this will be a low-scoring game.
One moment of magic could be enough to decide the result, which I suspect will come later in the match when substitutions and fatigue could play a part.
