PSV Eindhoven and Arsenal will play out a Champions League dead-rubber on Tuesday night (17:45) as both sides have already qualified for the last-16.

The Gunners qualified emphatically with a game to spare after trouncing Lens in the last match, while the Dutch side have finished as runner-ups in Group B.

PSV vs Arsenal Prediction

  • PSV to win @ 11/8
  • Ricardo Pepi  to score anytime @ 9/5

Team News

Hirving Lozano will be absent for the hosts due to a hip injury, while Noa Lang, Armel Bella-Kotchap and Jordan Teze were all absent against Heerenveen last time out.

As for Arsenal, with them having already securing a place in the knockouts, Mikel Arteta could make a host of changes to his lineup. Takehiro Tomiyasu, Emile Smith Rowe, Jurrien Timber, Thomas Partey and Fabio Vieira are all facing extended spells on the sidelines, while the likes of Eddie Nketiah, Leandro Trossard, Jorginho and Jakub Kiwior could be among those to benefit from some rotation.

Match Odds

The hosts are 11/8 to claim the three points, while Arsenal can be backed at 8/5 to win and the draw is 12/5.

Over 2.5 goals is priced up at 4/7, while Luuk de Jong is favourite to score at anytime at 6/4.

PSV to win @ 11/8

PSV have been flying domestically and should come into this showdown well-rested having dispatched Heerenveen 2-0 here in their most recent outing last Thursday, the side's 15th straight Eredivisie success.

Peter Bosz's side are already eight points clear at the top of the standings in Holland, and with Arsenal set to make some changes to their starting XI, I can see the Dutch outfit prevailing here.

The Gunners have looked shaky defensively, and are looking to bounce back from a disappointing defeat at Villa Park. They also needed a very-late winner from Declan Rice to beat Luton Town in the game prior to that.

Ricardo Pepi to score anytime @ 9/5

PSV have a range of goalscorers in their ranks but one man who is going from strength to strength recently is 20-year-old American Ricardo Pepi.

Pepi scored the winner in the 3-2 victory over Sevilla last month and also got on the scoresheet against Heerenveen last Thursday, taking his tally up to six for the season across all competitions.
