Team News
Amorim may be tempted to stick with the side that did the business at Anfield, however, there could be recalls for the likes of Leny Yoro and Benjamin Sesko.
Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro are expected to retain their places in the engine room, as are Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo in United's front three.
As for Brighton, Solly March, Adam Webster and Jack Hinshelwood all remain sidelined with injuries, while Kaoru Mitoma, Joel Veltman, Diego Gomez and Brajan Gruda will face late fitness tests prior to kick-off.
Former United striker Danny Welbeck, who's scored four goals in his last three league outings, is expected to start in attack alongside Georginio Rutter and Yankuba Minteh.

Manchester United vs Brighton Stats
- United's win against Liverpool marked back-to-back wins for Ruben Amorim for the first time
- Amorim's side have won their last three home games
- Brighton have won on their last three visits to Old Trafford
Correct Score - Manchester United 2-1 @ 15/2
For all the doom and gloom surrounding United and Amorim, last week's victory at Anfield could represent a turning point for the Red Devils - at least that's what fans will be hoping.
Even the best United sides have struggled to come away from the red half of Merseyside with all three points, so Amorim should be given credit for securing such an important result, picking up back-to-back victories as United gaffer for the first time in the process - another monkey off his back.
Dropping points this weekend would be classic United post-Ferguson, and Amorim will understand the importance of building on last week's victory. United's results at Old Trafford have been positive this season, losing against current table toppers Arsenal in the opening round of games, before beating Burnley, Chelsea and Sunderland.
However, Brighton have been a bogey team for the Red Devils over recent years - the hosts have won just one of their last eight meetings with the Seagulls, with Saturday's visitors winning six games from that run.
There should be goals at both ends as Brighton have kept just one shutout in their last 20 Premier League assignments, while United have also managed just one clean sheet in eight league games this term.
We feel as though this game will be close, but United should edge it as they'll be buoyed by last weekend's triumph and Brighton have lost two of their four away games this season. A narrow 2-1 win for Ruben's reds is what we're going for.

First Goalscorer - Danny Welbeck @ 7/1
This feels like a written in the stars moment for Welbeck.
The former United striker has scored five goals in 15 appearances against his old employers, and as mentioned above, they do tend to give away chances - as demonstrated by Cody Gakpo last Sunday, who managed to strike the woodwork on three occasions.
In addition, Welbeck has four goals in his last three league appearances - even more impressive when you consider the fact that he only played the last 30 minutes at Stamford Bridge at the end of last month, and he didn't score in the following game against Wolves.
The 34-year-old looks a sensible pick to break the deadlock this Saturday at 7/1.
