Burnley vs Manchester City Prediction: 11/4 pick to send City top?

Manchester City could go top of the Premier League, as well as relegate Burnley, if they claim all three points at Turf Moor on Wednesday night (20:00 BST, live on Sky Sports Main Event).
City enter the contest off the back of a crucial victory over title rivals Arsenal, while the Clarets are winless in their last eight league outings. Read on for my Burnley vs Manchester City predictions, as well as the latest team news and match odds.

Team News
The hosts will be without Josh Cullen, Zeki Amdouni, Hannibal Mejbri, Jordan Beyer as well as Connor Roberts. Meanwhile, former Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe will be assessed prior to kick-off.
Kyle Walker could start against his former side, while Zian Flemming will retain his place up top after scoring in the weekend's defeat to Nottingham Forest.
As for City, Josko Gvardiol remains a long-term absentee, while Ruben Dias and Rodri are both considered doubts.
Erling Haaland will start up top, most likely supported in attack by Jeremy Doku, Antoine Semenyo and Rayan Cherki.
Burnley vs Manchester City Predicted Lineups
- Burnley: Dubravka; Walker, Ekdal, Esteve, Hartman; Ward-Prowse, Florentino; Edwards, Ugochukwu, Anthony; Flemming

Burnley vs Manchester City Odds
Burnley are 16/1 to claim a vital three points in their bid for Premier League survival. The draw is 7/1 and a City win is 1/7, giving them an implied win probability of 87.5%.
Unsurprisingly, Haaland is current favourite to score anytime at 3/10. City won the reverse fixture 5-1 at the Etihad, and a repeat of that scoreline is 20/1.
Burnley vs Manchester City Stats
- Burnley have won just one of their last 19 league matches against Manchester City
- Manchester City have won 14 of their last 15 matches against Burnley
Manchester City to win to nil @ 4/5
After City's crucial win over Arsenal, Pep Guardiola's side will have the bit between their teeth, especially with opportunity to go top here as that would deal a significant psychological blow to the Gunners.
A midweek trip to Turf Moor does have a banana skin feel about it, but Burnley are in woeful form, and quite literally fighting for their Premier League lives in this game.
In addition, City romped to a 5-1 win in the reverse fixture against the Clarets, but I don't think they'll allow a response from Scott Parker's side Wednesday night.

Nico O'Reilly to score anytime @ 11/4
Haaland is an obvious pick for anytime goalscorer but at 3/10, that's bereft of any real value, so I'm going to pick local lad Nico O'Reilly to get on the scoresheet.
The City defender has scored five league goals for the season and four of those strikes have come in his last six games. The 21-year-old has also had 14 shots across that spell, so he should get some opportunities at Turf Moor, against the league's worst defence.
