Team News
Karou Mitoma could once again be absent for Brighton, after suffering an ankle injury against Arsenal back on March 4, so Yankuba Minteh may be deployed on the left flank again, after the 21-year-old scored the winner against Sunderland last week.
Stefanos Tzimas and Adam Webster both remain out for the Seagulls, however Lewis Dunk returned from a knee injury last weekend.
As for Liverpool, Alexander Isak and Conor Bradley remain absent, while Mohamed Salah asked to be withdrawn in the second half of the midweek tussle with Galatasaray, so the Egyptian's availability remains unclear heading into Saturday.
Dominik Szoboszlai should start in midfield alongside Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister, with Hugo Ekitike leading the line.
Brighton vs Liverpool Predicted Lineups
- Brighton: Verbruggen; Wieffer, Van Hecke, Dunk, Kadioglu; Milner, Gross, Gomez, Hinshelwood, Minteh; Welbeck
- Liverpool: Alisson; Frimpong, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Szoboszlai, Mac Allister; Wirtz, Gakpo, Ekitike
Brighton are 2/1 to pick up all three points at the Amex, the draw is 13/5 and Liverpool are 23/20, giving them an implied win probability of 46.5%.
Both teams to score is 4/7, and over 2.5 goals is 8/13. Hugo Ekitike currently leads the anytime goalscorer market at 13/10.
Brighton vs Liverpool Stats
- Brighton have won two of their last three home league games against Liverpool
- Liverpool have won 2-0 (Premier League) and 3-0 (FA Cup) against Brighton this season
- Brighton have won three of their last four in the Premier League
Match Result - Draw @ 13/5
As mentioned in the introduction, Liverpool's top-four bid took a hit last weekend after the 1-1 draw with Spurs, although they bounced back in emphatic style against Galatasaray in the second leg of their last-16 Champions League tie, hammering the Turkish side 4-0.
Brighton have won three of their last four league games, and will fancy their chances against a potentially fatigued Liverpool outfit, who've only won six of 15 matches on the road this term.
The Reds do have a brilliant record in this fixture, but I'm going to take the draw here. Arne Slot's side have struggled defensively all campaign, shipping 40 goals so far, and Brighton's recent upturn in form makes 13/5 for the draw an appealing prospect.

Dominik Szoboszlai to score anytime @ 16/5
Liverpool's Hungarian midfielder has scored two in his last two appearances, opening the scoring in the draw with Spurs with a free-kick, before starting the comeback against Galatasaray in midweek.
The 25-year-old also netted in the FA Cup win over Brighton earlier in the season so I'm happy to take 16/5 for the former RB Leipzig man to score anytime at the Amex.
