Brentford vs Fulham Prediction: Bees to find their buzz again

Brentford continue their charge for European football when they welcome local rivals Fulham to the Gtech Community Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday (12:30 BST, TNT Sports 1). The Bees are looking to snap a four-game drawing streak in the top flight.
Fulham head here on the back of a defeat at Liverpool and they sit just three points behind their hosts. Below you will find my Brentford vs Fulham predictions, featuring the latest team news and match odds.

Team News
Brentford are without Rico Henry, Aaron Hickey (both hamstring), Fabio Carvalho, Josh Dasilva, Antoni Milambo (all knee) and Vitaly Janelt (metatarsal) due to injury.
Jordan Henderson remains a doubt with a knock.
Striker Igor Thiago will continue to lead the line having bagged 21 goals in the league. Only Manchester City's Erling Haaland (22) has more than the Brazilian.
Kevin (foot), Harrison Reed and Kenny Tete (both knocks) are expected to miss this clash for Fulham.
Following last week's defeat, boss Marco Silva might be tempted to restore Raul Jimenez to the starting XI, likely at the expense of Rodrigo Muniz.
Brentford vs Fulham Predicted Lineups
- Brentford: Kelleher; Kayode, Van den Berg, Collins, Lewis-Potter; Yarmolyuk, Jensen; Ouattara, Damsgaard, Schade; Thiago
- Fulham: Leno; Castagne, Andersen, Bassey, Robinson; Berge, Iwobi; Wilson, King, Bobb; Jimenez
Brentford are deemed an 11/10 shot to end their four-game winless streak in the Premier League. A fifth consecutive stalemate for the Bees is priced at 13/5.
Fulham are 23/10 to record a fourth straight victory against Brentford.
Thiago is the 9/10 favourite to score anytime on Saturday.
Brentford vs Fulham Stats
- Brentford have won 7 of their 16 home league games
- Fulham have lost 4 of their past 6 away trips in the PL
- Both teams have scored in each of the previous 3 H2Hs
Match Result - Brentford @ 11/10
Brentford have a real shot of qualifying for European football next term, especially given the form Chelsea - who are sixth - are in. Brentford's drawing streak is not ideal but it could be worse.
Keith Andrews' side came close to getting back to winning ways here last week against Everton, only for the Toffees to escape with a point thanks to a 91st-minute equaliser from Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
I think they can pick up three points against Fulham. The Cottagers may have won each of the past three meetings, but they come into this contest having suffered four defeats from their last six away games in the Premier League.

Both Teams To Score - Yes @ 4/6
This is a fixture that doesn't usually lack for goals. Each of the previous three head-to-heads have seen both teams find the net and so I think BTTS - Yes is a safe bet for Saturday.
Additionally, three of Brentford's four most recent outings in the top flight have produced goals at both ends, including each of the past two.
