Team News
Plymouth will be without defender Brendan Wiredu, who is suspended after being sent off against Lincoln.
Joe Edwards is an injury doubt, along with Caleb Roberts, while Jack MacKenzie, Conor Hazard, Julio Pleguezuelo and Freddie Issaka remain unavailable.
Owen Oseni is likely to come into the starting line-up after scoring off the bench against Lincoln, probably at the expense of Bim Pepple.
Orient midfielder Tyreeq Bakinson is in contention to start against his former club but Zech Obiero is a long-term absentee with a knee injury.
Plymouth vs Leyton Orient Odds
Plymouth are 15/8 underdogs at home, with Orient the favourites at 6/4, or a 40% chance, and the draw priced at 23/10.
Over 2.5 goals is priced at 10/11, with under 2.5 at the same price. It's 4/6 that both teams score in the match and 6/5 that one or both teams fail to get on the scoresheet.
Match Result - Leyton Orient @ 6/4
Orient had a rude awakening on the opening day with a 3-0 loss at Huddersfield, but they have looked like the top-half team they were last season in their two subsequent league games, and they look capable of grabbing their first away success of the campaign at Plymouth.
The Pilgrims have not looked properly prepared for the challenge they face after relegation, and the fixture list has done them no favours with several tough challenges in the early weeks.
Argyle's defensive issues are likely to persist, and another reshuffle is required with Brendan Wiredu suspended. That is not ideal, with Orient possessing some dangerous forwards.
Plymouth have conceded the first goal in all four of their matches this season, while Orient have scored at least twice in seven of their last nine league games, and things may get even worse for the pointless Pilgrims before they get any better.

First Goalscorer - Aaron Connolly (LEY) @ 13/2
The big question for Orient this season was how they were going to replace the goals of last term's top scorer, Charlie Kelman, who netted 21 times in League 1 before moving to their play-off final conquerors, Charlton, in the summer.
Bringing in Millwall striker Aaron Connolly was the solution O's boss Richie Wellens came up with, and the early results are positive.
The Republic of Ireland international opened his account for the club with his team's first goal as Orient came back from 2-0 down to draw with Stockport on Saturday, and he should pose a major threat to a suspect Plymouth defence.
