Saturday means another chance for us to try and win an accumulator, and this time we are searching for goals.

Manchester United vs Brighton @ 8/15

Brighton lead the way in the BTTS table this season with seven of their eight fixtures ending with both teams on the scoresheet, and I can see that continuing at Old Trafford. Over 2.5 goals certainly feels feasible given it came in as Manchester United won at Liverpool and has now been a winner in five of their eight matches this term. 

United have plenty of firepower in attack while Brighton have seen over 2.5 goals in five of their last six outings. Short price to get us going. 

Brentford vs Liverpool @ 8/15

Talking of teams with plenty of firepower but weaknesses at the back - step forward Liverpool. They hammered Eintracht Frankfurt 5-1 in the Champions League to end a dismal run of defeat, and they will want to bounce back from that shock Anfield defeat to Man Utd. 

Hugo Ekitike should start this one to provide the firepower, while Liverpool top the over 2.5 goals table in the Premier League, with six of their eight matches so far ending with at least three goals. Brentford are also pretty entertaining, with five of their eight finishing with over 2.5 goals. Entertainment expected on Saturday.

Coventry City vs Watford @ 8/13

The greatest team in Europe, according to this biased Coventry City fan anyway, are back in action on Saturday at the CBS Arena. Frank Lampard’s charges have been flying this season, are currently unbeaten and have scored a ridiculous 31 goals in 11 games.

Watford have shown signs of improvement under Javi Gracia, beating West Brom 2-1 last time out, and this should be another open encounter at the CBS Arena - with plenty of goals on the cards again.

Ipswich Town vs West Brom @ 10/11

Ipswich Town lost 3-0 at home to Charlton Athletic last time out but I’m expecting an aggressive response from them on Saturday as they host West Brom. They’ve got an unparalleled amount of attacking quality and six of their 10 games so far have ended with over 2.5 goals.

WBA aren’t as exciting but 67% of their away matches have featured over 2.5 goals and given Ipswich have had their confidence dented over the last week with two defeats, they will fancy their chances of finding the net. 

Hull City vs Charlton Athletic @ 11/10

Only league leaders Coventry (31) have scored more goals in the Championship than Hull City (19) this campaign. Oli McBurnie is on fire up top and given Charlton went and scored three at Portman Road in midweek, this one appeals for more goals. 

82% of Hull matches, or nine out of the 11 they have played so far have seen over 2.5 goals and that’s by far the highest in the Championship. Back more goals at the MKM.
