Lyon vs Eintracht Frankfurt Prediction: Lacazette to star for hosts

The new-look Europa League continues to delight and entertain and there is a cracking game on the cards on matchday six as Lyon host Eintracht Frankfurt at the Groupama Stadium.
Read on for my Lyon vs Eintracht Frankfurt prediction, as well as the latest team news and match odds.
Both teams sit in the top eight, which secures passage to the last 16, and they have accrued 23 points between them this season.
Lyon extended their unbeaten run to nine matches against Angers at the weekend, while Eintracht Frankfurt slipped to a 2-2 draw with Augsburg, so the Bundesliga outfit could be vulnerable in France.
Team News
Wilfried Zaha returned from injury for Lyon at the weekend but they will be without another winger in Said Benrahma.
Alexandre Lacazette is set to start up top instead of Georges Mikautadze and will likely be flanked by Malick Fofana and Rayan Cherki.
Midfielder Hugo Larsson is likely to miss out for Eintracht Frankfurt, who will also be without Aurele Amenda, while Oscar Hojlund is still getting back to full fitness

Lyon are marginal favourites to win this contest at 11/10, while Eintracht Frankfurt can be backed at 23/10. The draw is 13/5.
It is expected to be a high-scoring affair with over 2.5 goals available at 8/15 and both teams to score priced at 1/2.
Lyon to win @ 11/10
Pierre Sage has done an admirable job of getting a tune out of Lyon recently, despite the club's off-field issues.
Lyon could face relegation to Ligue 2 if their financial problems are not resolved but the players have not looked fazed and continue to impress both on the continent and domestically.
A 3-0 win over Angers on Saturday made it four wins in five matches for Les Gones, who are also unbeaten in nine matches since a 1-0 loss to Besiktas on matchday three of the Europa League.
The goals have also been flying in for Lyon, who have netted 11 times in their last three games, and they are a value bet to win at home to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The German side are three points ahead of Lyon in the Europa League standings but have endured a bit of a wobble recently, losing 3-0 to Leipzig in the last 16 of the DFB Pokal before a 2-2 draw with Augsburg in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
They have quality in their ranks, most notably in Egyptian star Omar Marmoush, but form is on the side of Lyon, who can get over the line.

Alexandre Lacazette to score first @ 5/1
Sage has alternated between Lacazette and Mikautadze in attack for Lyon this season but this is a crucial match and the experience of the Frenchman will be needed.
Veteran Lacazette is likely to start up top and represents value to break the deadlock at the Groupama Stadium.
He has scored three times in four matches in the Europa League this term, averaging a goal every 91 minutes, and he has found the net five times in Ligue 1.
Up against an Eintracht Frankfurt side lacking in confidence, he is overpriced to score first at 5/1.
