We have just four League One games on our hands this weekend as the international break wreaks havoc in the third tier. However, we have done some research to bring you an accumulator to consider this Saturday.

League One Accumulator Tips:

  • Stevenage to beat Blackpool @ 2/1
  • Burton Albion to beat Lincoln City @ 11/4
  • Carlisle United to beat Leyton Orient @ 7/5

Treble pays 27/1

Stevenage to beat Blackpool @ 2/1

I’m slightly surprised at the price for this one. It’s as if the bookies have seen that recently-relegated Blackpool are playing newly-promoted Stevenage at home and made them 5/4 favourites, with no real consideration for the form both teams are in.

Steve Evans has been superb since taking charge and after promotion from League Two, has led Stevenage up to 4th. They bounced back from disappointing defeats to two elite sides in Oxford and Bolton with a 1-0 win over Wigan, and they can get back on the winning wagon here.

They are so physically impressive and dangerous from set pieces that they can get at Blackpool, who have been beaten by Derby and drawn with Charlton in their last two games. Away win at a big price.

Burton Albion to beat Lincoln City @ 11/4

Another huge price for an away win. Burton beat Cambridge United 2-1 on Monday Night Football and are now unbeaten in their last six matches. Dino Maamria has turned this squad around and now they are upwardly mobile, having struggled at the start of the season.

Now they are once again being underestimated. They travel to Lincoln, who have only beaten a hapless Cheltenham side since August in the league. Their bright start has ended, and it feels like momentum is with the away side heading into this one.

Carlisle United to beat Leyton Orient @ 7/5

Carlisle haven’t enjoyed a good start to the season, but the last couple of weeks have been good for them. They drew with Peterborough United before going to Bolton and scoring three times in a famous victory. In front of 4,000 fans, you cannot underestimate the confidence boost it will give to the club.

Meanwhile Leyton Orient have beaten Reading and Shrewsbury in recent weeks but I just feel they’ve played two poor sides and will come unstuck on the road here. Home win.
