Ruben Amorim takes charge of Manchester United for the first time on Sunday afternoon when his side travel to Portman Road to face Ipswich Town (16:30, live on Sky Sports Main Event).

The hosts got their first win of the season prior to the international break with a 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur, while Amorim takes over a team who have won three and drawn one of their last four matches, under caretaker manager Ruud van Nistelrooy. Nathan Broadhead, Wesley Burns and Jacob Greaves are all doubts for this fixture, while Janoi Donacien and Chiedozie Ogbene are long-term absentees for the hosts.

The United skipper has finally got his season up and running having scored four and provided two assists in his last four matches for the Red Devils.

In addition, Fernandes has had six goal attempts in his last two league games for United, and nobody in the entire league has created more than his 11 chances over the last 180 minutes. He also scored in Portugal’s demolition of Ireland last week, so he looks a decent pick to get on the scoresheet on Sunday.
