Back Venezuela to win @ 2/1

This 2am kick-off on Wednesday is a South America World Cup 2026 qualifier which sees out-of-form Peru desperate for victory against Venezuela on matchday six in the CONMEBOL section.

Peru currently sit bottom of the 10-team league table with just a point on the board from their first five games, but they are still strangely favourites to see off Venezuela, who are up in fourth place and unbeaten in four.

Peru have lost their last four games straight without even scoring a goal so confidence will be low for the hosts who must get their act together soon as they bid to qualify for the next World Cup.

They do still have plenty of time, with 12 games still to play, but this could end in a familiar defeat with the visitors looking like good value at 2/1.

Venezuela’s form suggests they can handle this clash in Lima as they have beaten Paraguay and Chile at home without conceding, while they have also picked up very creditable draws away to Brazil and Ecuador recently.

Back Barnet to win @ 5/6

In the National League, second-placed Barnet are in need of a victory to get their automatic promotion bid back on track.

The Bees were in great form early on this season but have had a couple of setbacks recently, losing to leaders Chesterfield as well as Gateshead, who are now fifth, in successive games.

However, Oldham should not pose as big a threat as those two sides as the Latics are down in 10th place and have only won one of their last five games, so Barnet can get back to winning ways at home.

Back Vasco Da Gama to win @ 23/10

Finally, back to South America, as Cruzeiro play host to Vasco Da Gama at 23:00 on Wednesday and this should end up in an away victory.

The two sides are both just above the relegation zone in the Brazilian top-flight, locked together on 40 points from 33 games played, so this is a big clash as the season approaches its climax.

Vasco have found some good form at the perfect time, winning their last three games and will be hopeful of another success against opponents who have lost three of their last four.

However, they did at least get back to winning ways last time out when they secured a 1-0 victory at Fortaleza.
