West Ham to beat Ipswich (A) @ 23/20
As the Premier League season draws to a close, West Ham United will look to go out on a high when they travel to relegated Ipswich Town. The Irons have had a disappointing campaign and there is a lot of work to be done over the summer for boss Graham Potter to mould the squad into the way he likes his teams to play.
The Hammers' consistency this term is a warranted concern here, but they are facing a Tractor Boys side who have known their fate for some time, and who have really struggled at Portman Road this season. Ipswich have lost 72% (13/18) of their games here and you sense that their players are just desperate for this forgettable campaign to come to an end.
I believe this can play into West Ham's hands, who won on their latest away trip at Manchester United. The Irons also thumped their hosts 4-1 in the reverse fixture at the London Stadium back in October.
Brentford to beat Wolves (A) @ 23/20
It's a long shot but Brentford still have a small hope of qualifying for next year's Uefa Conference League, but they have to finish eighth in the top flight. The Bees need to beat Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux, while also hoping Tottenham Hotspur beat Brighton & Hove Albion, who currently occupy eighth spot.
Brentford may have lost at home to Fulham last time out, but they had won four matches on the spin before that defeat, and I still think they are in good shape ahead of their trip to the West Midlands.
Wolves recently went on a six-game winning streak in the Premier League but they have lost their past three games ahead of their clash with the Bees. It seems like their players are already 'on the beach', and I think this can work in Brentford's favour, who still have something to fight for on the final day.

Manchester City and both teams to score against Fulham (A) @ 15/8
This season has been one to forget for Manchester City as they have not won a single trophy. All they can hope for on the final day is that they book their place in the Uefa Champions League.
Their fate is in their hands thanks to their 3-1 victory at home to AFC Bournemouth on Tuesday, and another professional performance like that at Fulham should see them over the line.
The Citizens have won six of their previous eight fixtures in the league heading into Sunday, which sets them up nicely to get the job done at Craven Cottage. The hosts can make them work for it, though, as they have had a habit of scoring against the best sides in the division this campaign, including two against City at the Etihad back in October.
BTTS has struck in three of Man City's last five victories and I think this is worth adding to the selection to boost the odds.
Charlton to beat Leyton Orient @ 11/10
Charlton Athletic and Leyton Orient tussle at Wembley in the League 1 play-off final, with a place in the Championship at stake. Charlton hold a huge psychological advantage over the O's ahead of Sunday's showpiece, as they beat them both home and away in the regular season.
The Addicks have also won five of their past seven matches across all competitions coming into this clash and I think this momentum should help them get over the line against Orient, to end a five-year hiatus from the second tier.
Charlton boss Nathan Jones has plenty of promotion experience but he has faltered twice at Wembley in the past. I think it might be third time lucky for the Welshman, whose side kept clean sheets in both of their play-off semi-final legs against Wycombe Wanderers.
Leyton Orient will pose a greater attacking threat than the Chairboys, but I think the Addicks will be able to prevail in regulation time.
