I've gone 3/5 in my last two accumulator attempts, last Friday and Saturday, so I'm looking for improvement in Monday's Football Accumulator Tips.

This five-leg acca begins in Germany, and we travel to Sweden, Poland and Saudi Arabia before ending the night in Italy...

Bayer Leverkusen Women vs Union Berlin Women (17:00 BST) - Bayer Leverkusen Women to win @ 8/11

In the Frauen-Bundesliga on Monday, Bayer Leverkusen and Union Berlin face off competitively for the very first time.

Union were promoted to the German top tier after winning the 2. Frauen-Bundesliga last season, pipping Nurnberg to first on goal difference.

Leverkusen, meanwhile, finished fourth in the 2024/25 top flight, missing out on continental football by seven points. It marked a 12-point improvement on the previous campaign, though, when they ended up sixth.

Football Odds

Union began life in the Frauen-Bundesliga with a 1-1 home draw against fellow newly-promoted outfit Nurnberg, while Leverkusen were beaten 2-0 at three-time defending champions Bayern Munich.

Leverkusen will be much more hopeful of avoiding defeat in gameweek two, and I believe they can collect all three points at the Ulrich-Haberland-Stadion.

Last season, Leverkusen picked up 24 points at home, with only the top three teams accruing more, and Bayern (six) were the only side who conceded fewer goals at their own stadium than Die Werkself (eight).

Today's Football Fixtures

AIK vs Brommapojkarna (18:00 BST) - AIK to win @ 8/13

In the Swedish Allsvenskan, AIK Stockholm host Brommapojkarna at Strawberry Arena.

Last season, AIK finished third, 20 points ahead of 10th-placed Brommapojkarna, who were only four points clear of relegated Kalmar (15th).

After 22 games played this year, the gap is 14 points, with AIK third again and Brommapojkarna ninth.

For Monday's hosts, the title dream is all but dead, but they can close the gap on second-placed Hammarby to three points by beating their next opponents. Only Hammarby (28) and Mjallby (27) have picked up more points at home this season than AIK (22), who are unbeaten (W6, D4) at Strawberry Arena in 2025 and have conceded just five times in 10 games there.

Brommapojkarna, meanwhile, have only claimed 14 points from 11 matches on their travels, losing two of their last three away from home.

Rakow vs Gornik Zabrze (18:00 BST) - Rakow to win @ 5/6

Over in Poland, Rakow and Gornik Zabrze go at it in the Ekstraklasa.

Monday's hosts at Miejski Stadion Pilkarski Rakow are currently third-bottom of the 16-team league, but they've played the fewest games (five) and would overtake third-placed Korona if they won all their matches in hand on them.

Gornik Zabrze are in fifth on 12 points, six better off than Rakow, but have played two games more.

Rakow's start to the season has been disrupted by their participation in the Uefa Conference League qualifiers, but now they are done with, and with the league phase not beginning until next month, they can turn their attention back to domestic matters.

Gornik Zabrze drew 0-0 at home with Rakow last season, but lost the reverse fixture 1-0 and ended the campaign in ninth, 22 points behind runners-up Rakow.

The Medallions are looking for a positive result that will kickstart their Ekstraklasa season, and I believe they can get it on Monday at home to Gornik Zabrze.

Al-Ahli vs Nasaf Qarshi (19:15 BST) - Al-Ahli to win @ 1/7

The odds suggest this match is a mere formality, and I'm only adding it in for accumulator purposes - it's something of a 'banker', but useful to get us up to the minimum five legs for the below Acca Flex promotion.

Al-Ahli are defending champions of the AFC Champions League, having beaten Japanese team Kawasaki Frontale in the final last season.

Up first for the Saudi Pro League side in this year's league phase is Uzbekistani outfit Nasaf Qarshi, who finished bottom of their AFC Champions League 2 group in 2024/25, picking up just four points from six games against Al-Ahli Dubai, Al-Hussein and Al-Kuwait.

Al-Ahli, containing the talents of Ivan Toney, Riyad Mahrez and Galeno, among others, should have too much for Nasaf Qarshi at their King Abdulla Sports City home on Monday.

Como vs Genoa (19:45 BST, DAZN) - Como to win @ 8/13

We end this acca at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, where Como host Genoa in Serie A.

Como finished 10th last season as they made a successful return to the top flight, while Genoa ended up 13th, six points behind I Lariani.

Genoa drew their home game with Como 1-1 last November, but that was under the stewardship of Alberto Gilardino. With Patrick Vieira at the helm in April, Genoa lost 1-0 in the reverse fixture, with Cesc Fabregas getting one over his old Arsenal teammate.

Como started this season impressively, beating Lazio 2-0 at home, although they were beaten 1-0 at Bologna last time out.

Genoa, meanwhile, are still looking for their first win and goal after following up a 0-0 home draw with Lecce with a 1-0 defeat at home to Juventus.

The visitors are likely to make life difficult for Como, but they're poor travellers, having won just won of their last 11 away games (D5, L5), and that was dead rubber at Bologna (3-1) on the final day of last season.

Fabregas' side, spearheaded by Argentine playmaker Nico Paz, who scored on the opening day of the 2025/26 campaign, should be able to make it two wins from two at home on Monday.
