Andorra and England meet in the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona for a Fifa World Cup qualifier on Saturday (17:00, ITV1). The Thomas Tuchel era of the Three Lions has started well as they have picked up maximum points from their first two matches against Albania and Latvia.

Andorra have suffered two defeats in their first two appearances and they are going to find it tough to get anything from the Three Lions in Barcelona. Read on for my Andorra vs England predictions, supported by the latest team news and match odds.

Team News

Marc Pujol continues to captain Andorra at the age of 42 and he is the most experienced player in their ranks, having made 122 appearances to date. Moises San Nicolas (89), Josep Gomes (86), Max Llovera (79) and Marc Garcia (73) are the other seasoned figures for the Tricolors and all are expected to feature against England on Saturday.

Atletico Baleares forward Albert Rosas has five goals for his country in 22 appearances at the age of 22, and he looks to currently be their best prospect for the future.

Andorra vs England Stats

  • England have won their last four matches to nil
  • Eberechi Eze (ENG) scored from the bench against Latvia last time out

England have lined up with a back four in the two games Tuchel has overseen so far but we saw that during his time as a club manager that he tended to favour a system featuring three centre-backs.

Whether he does not feel such a system is built for his crop of Three Lions stars or he is looking to slowly implement that style remains to be seen.

The German tactician is expected to name a fairly strong XI here as it is a qualifier, while he will have the opportunity to field a weaker side against Senegal in an upcoming friendly on Tuesday.

Harry Kane is likely to lead the line after another free-scoring campaign with Bayern Munich, while Anthony Gordon and Bukayo Saka may be handed starts on the flanks.

Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham may be partnered up in midfield, and some England fans are hoping to see Eberechi Eze given the nod to play in attacking midfield given his strong end to the season with Crystal Palace.

Myles Lewis-Skelly should hold his place at left-back and the same might be the case for Reece James on the right side of the defence. Jordan Pickford has been England's number one for a long time, but Dean Henderson presents competition after a strong campaign with Palace.

Andorra vs England Odds

Andorra have won just one of their past five matches in all competitions and they are 40/1 to stun England on Saturday evening.

The draw is marketed at 16/1 but England have not experienced a stalemate in any of their past 10 appearances.

The Three Lions are the 1/80 favourites to triumph here, having prevailed in each of their previous five outings. Backing a correct scoreline may be considered a better play when looking for value and it is 9/2 for them to win 3-0 - like they did against Latvia last time out.

England haven't conceded in their last four games and it's 1/5 for BTTS - No in Barcelona.

Kane has three goals in as many matches for the Three Lions and he is 11/5 to open the scoring here.

England to win 4-0 @ 9/2

Tuchel's experience of delivering elite trophies at club level had the majority of England fans delighted with his appointment, as he does seem well-equipped for knockout football.

Gareth Southgate laid solid foundations down over the course of eight years and Tuchel has a lot to live up to - especially as he is the man tasked with getting England over the line in major tournaments.

Reaching the World Cup finals across the Atlantic next summer is his first priority and he has already set a precedent with his first two results at the helm. After some more time working with his players, there is hope that we will get a better understanding of what the Three Lions' identity will be during his reign.

They are yet to be truly tested under his guidance but you can only beat what's in front of you. Andorra should serve as another useful exercise for Tuchel to see what works and what doesn't in this team and system.

With the attacking quality on offer, I'm expecting a comfortable victory for England and I think there is value to be had in them winning this contest 4-0.

Eberechi Eze anytime goalscorer @ 21/20

Fans will be itching to see a free-flowing performance from the Three Lions on Saturday and they will be hoping to see some of England's most creative players in action. One of them is Eze, who has just ended the season strongly with Palace. He scored the goal that secured the Eagles their first-ever major trophy, the FA Cup, with his goal enough to beat Manchester City at Wembley last month.

The former Queens Park Rangers man managed 14 goals and 11 assists in all competitions this season and he will head into this England camp brimming with confidence. He may not be assured of a starting spot against Andorra but I'm confident he would be handed an appearance in the second half.

This was the case against Latvia back in March, with the attacker wrapping up the 3-0 victory with a goal in the 76th minute. Against tired legs, Eze could torment Andorra's back line and I think he could profit with a goal.
