Andorra vs Albania Prediction: Pressure on visitors

With England qualified and Latvia and Andorra eliminated, it's a straight shootout between Albania and Serbia for a place in the 2026 World Cup play-offs. Albania head for Andorra on Thursday (19:45 GMT) with hopes of three points, and victory looks a must for the Red and Blacks, who face a top-level England side in their final qualification contest of the campaign.
Andorra have taken only one point from their seven qualifiers, but the Tricolours have proved stubborn opponents, and the stage is set for a cagey contest in this crucial World Cup qualifier. Below are my Andorra vs Albania predictions, supported by team news and match odds.

Marc Vales and Joel Guillen are out of Koldo Alvarez's squad, and there is also no place for suspended duo Eric Vales and Christian Garcia.
Albania will be without defender Marash Kumbulla, but Armando Broja, Elseid Hysaj and Kristjan Asllani are available for the visitors.

Albania are red-hot 1/4 favourites to collect three points on the road.

Over 2.5 goals is 11/10 and both teams to score can be backed at 21/10.
Andorra vs Albania Stats
- ALB have won three of their six qualifiers (D2, L1)
- AND have lost six of their seven (D1)
- Manaj (ALB) has scored three times in Group K
Albania and under 2.5 goals @ 6/4
All the pressure is on Albania when they head to Andorra on Thursday night, and while the Red and Blacks are 1/4 to win at the Estadi de la FAF, it may not be as straightforward as the match odds suggest.
With a game against England to come on Sunday, Sylvinho's side have to take three points to make sure they can keep play-off rivals Serbia at bay.
Albania have lost just one of their six qualification matches, but the Red and Blacks have scored only six goals in their campaign, and Andorra have proved tricky opponents in the qualifiers.
Alvarez's men have taken just one point from their seven 2026 World Cup qualifying matches, but Andorra have not lost by more than three goals in any of their seven contests, and they only went down 1-0 and 2-0 in two matches against a top-level England side.
The visitors' class should see them through, but backing an away win and under 2.5 goals looks a good bet in what could be a nervy and tight contest.

Rey Manaj first goalscorer @ 5/2
Broja may be better known to English fans, but Rey Manaj is Albania's best striker.
The Sharjah forward has scored three times in qualifying, including the only goal in October's 1-0 win over Serbia.
Manaj also netted the opener in March's 3-0 win over Thursday's opponents, and if this fixture turns out to be as cagey as expected, the 28-year-old looks the most likely individual to break the deadlock.
