Aston Villa will be looking to keep up momentum in the Premier League title race when they travel to Goodison Park to take on Everton on Sunday afternoon (14:00).

Unai Emery's side ran out as 4-0 winners when they met at Villa Park back in August and they will fancy themselves to defeat the Toffees again. After two games without a win over the festive period, they got back to winning ways in their last league outing at home to Burnley.

Everton are going through a bit of a rough patch with three defeats in a row in the Premier League. In the position that they are in, they cannot afford to keep dropping points when their rivals, who are also fighting for survival, are picking up points.

We have constructed a bet builder for you to consider ahead of this Super Sunday clash.

Aston Villa to win

This one is pretty straightforward. Villa have been one of the biggest surprises in the Premier League this season and they are not going away in this year's title race. They are just three points behind Liverpool in top spot and they will need to keep applying pressure on Jurgen Klopp's side in case they have an opportunity to leapfrog them.

Goodison Park may be a hostile place to visit but Everton's performances have been up and down for a lot of the campaign so it is too hard to predict which version Emery's side are going to come up against. However, even if they were facing an on-song Toffees XI, Villa's pedigree this year should see them have too much quality for the hosts to handle.

They've won 13 of the 20 matches they've played in the top-flight this year and we fancy them to pick up their 14th on Merseyside, which would see them match Liverpool's points tally.

Over 2.5 goals

We do also believe that this game will deliver a good amount of goals for the first part of Super Sunday on Sky Sports. Over 2.5 goals has been a winning selection in 14 of Villa's 20 outings in the league this year, including their 4-0 win over Everton earlier in the campaign. It has also landed in 11 of Everton's appearances this season.

While the Toffees are in a bit of a slump with three defeats on the bounce, they did enjoy four consecutive victories just before this streak began, and they can certainly cause Villa's defence some problems if they can utilise their home advantage. Emery's men have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last four, which hasn't been of much concern to them because they have the quality to outscore a lot of their opponents.

Both these teams like to pounce on the counter-attack so we could be set to witness plenty of chances at either end which will hopefully lead to three goals being scored quite easily.

Leon Bailey to score anytime

Since Emery walked through the door at Villa, he has been given just praise for how he has transformed a group of players that were finishing in the bottom half of the table into title challengers.

He has improved most of the players that were in the building when he was appointed and he has turned some of their Villa careers around. One in particular is Leon Bailey. The Jamaican winger really struggled at Villa Park before Emery arrived. He didn't have an impact on the pitch when he played and at times, he looked out of his depth in English football.

Now, he is playing as one of the best wide players in the league and he has been tormenting full-backs down the right channel all season. Bailey's goal contributions have greatly improved too. He has six already, with his latest coming against Burnley last time out.

His battle on Sunday is likely going to come against Vitaliy Mykolenko, who can be a tough nut to crack, but his dribbling abilities and speed will hopefully see him get the beating of the Ukrainian on several occasions down the right flank. This means that he will likely get a few chances at goal and with the player that Emery has turned him into, you'd back him to find the back of the net here.
