Team News
Go Ahead Eagles are going to be without the services of Victor Edvardsen (knee), Soren Tengstedt (unspecified), Gerrit Nauber (leg) and Robbin Weijenberg (ACL) due to various injury issues.
The Dutch side have netted four goals in this competition so far and forward Milan Smit has provided two of them. He is set to continue up top for this clash.
Full-back Dean James has provided two assists in Europe - the most of any Go Ahead Eagles player - and he is available to play despite his red card against Heracles at the weekend.
After going down with an injury in the 3-3 stalemate with Borussia Dortmund last time out, Stuttgart's Tiago Tomas will need to be assessed ahead of Thursday. Attacker Ermedin Demirovic remains out of action owing to a foot injury.
Luca Jaquez has been struggling with a groin issue but there is an outside shot that he will be involved in Deventer as he is named in the visitors' European squad.

Go Ahead Eagles are 5/1 to prevail in this contest, and they have won two of their last three European fixtures.
Neither side is yet to experience a stalemate in this competition but the draw is marketed at 10/3.
Stuttgart were victorious in their last Europa League game and they are 4/9 (implied probability of 69.2%) to come away with the three points.

Go Ahead Eagles vs Stuttgart Stats

Match Result & Both Teams To Score - Stuttgart & Yes @ 9/5
Both clubs have won and lost two of their opening Europa League games. They are both just inside the top 24 in the standings which would secure them a play-off spot.
We are at the midway point of the league phase, so this is the point where they need to start building momentum with just four matches left to play. This has the makings of an interesting contest as a result, especially with nothing to really separate the two teams at this stage.
Given neither side has posted a draw yet, I think there will be a winner in Deventer and I am leaning towards the visitors. Stuttgart have won two of their last three competitive games, scoring eight goals in the process. They have tasted victory twice in Europe so far this season and I fancy them to pick up an impressive away win here.
I do think Go Ahead Eagles will have their part to play, though, so I'm adding BTTS - Yes to the selection, which has struck in four of Stuttgart's past six games.

Anytime Goalscorer - Deniz Undav @ 11/10
Of the eight goals Stuttgart have scored across their latest three games, six of them have come from forward Deniz Undav, who should be full of confidence heading into Thursday.
The German international bagged a hat-trick against Dortmund at the weekend and now he will look to add to the one goal he has registered in the Europa League so far. The former Brighton & Hove Albion man is in excellent form and as we have seen in the past - once he gets going he is very difficult to stop.
He's the favourite to score anytime to score in this match and rightly so.
