Spain travel to Cyprus on Thursday evening (17:00) for a Euro 2024 qualifier. La Roja have already secured their place in next summer's finals in Germany but they will want to finish this qualifying campaign in style.

We've picked out a couple of the best markets on offer ahead of this clash.

Cyprus vs Spain Betting Tips

  • Over 4.5 Spain goals - 9/4
  • Mikel Oyarzabal to score first - 4/1

Match Odds

Cyprus are at the huge price of 40/1 to come away with the victory here. A draw can be backed at 14/1 while Spain are as short as 1/33 to win.

Over 4.5 goals is on offer at 6/4.

Team News

Cyprus are going to be without attackers Pieros Sotiriou and Demetris Christofi for the visit of Spain.

Due to injury or Luis de la Fuente's squad selection for this month, Spain are going to be missing some big names including Aymeric Laporte, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Alejandro Balde, Marco Asensio, Pedri and Ansu Fati.

Over 4.5 Spain goals @ 9/4

After beating Cyprus comfortably 6-0 at home back in September, Spain should be able to record another high-scoring victory against the same opponents on Thursday. De la Fuente's side may already be thinking about Germany next summer but they will also want to finish this qualifying campaign strongly.

Even with some key personnel ruled out ahead of the game, La Roja still have a lot of quality players to call upon for the trip to Cyprus, so there should still be a flurry of goals. Cyprus have failed to secure a single point in Group A so at this point they will be wanting the qualifiers to be wrapped up quickly. Once again this should be a comfortable win for the Spaniards.

Mikel Oyarzabal to score first @ 4/1

One player who could be in line for a start given Spain's list of absentees is Mikel Oyarzabal. The Real Sociedad star heads into this international break in fine form, having scored seven goals in 13 La Liga appearances this term.

And while the 26-year-old has featured in four of Spain's Euro 2024 qualifiers, he is still waiting for his first goal in this campaign. If he is given the nod to feature in La Roja's attack on Thursday he will give the frail Cyprus defence a lot to think about. With the way he has been playing for his club this season, it is hard to not see him getting on the scoresheet in this one if he plays.
