Crystal Palace vs Norwich Prediction: Eagles to prey on the Canaries

Crystal Palace and Norwich City collide at Selhurst Park on Tuesday (20:00, Sky Sports+) in the second round of the Carabao Cup. The visitors had to get past Stevenage in the last round to set up this clash, while the Eagles prepare for their first cup game of the season.
Palace have lost their opening two matches in the Premier League, so they will be looking for a response here. Below you will find my Crystal Palace vs Norwich prediction, along with match odds and team news.

Crystal Palace are valued at 2/5 to win this tie in 90 minutes, which gives them a 71.4% chance of victory. It is 11/2 for Norwich to win, giving them an implied probability of 15.4%. The draw can be backed at 7/2 (22.2%).
Both teams to score is marketed at 8/11 and over 2.5 goals is priced at 4/7.
Team News
Eagles boss Oliver Glasner could rotate his side ahead of their final Premier League match before the first international break of the season, so the likes of Ismaila Sarr and Daichi Kamada could be handed starts. Odsonne Edouard could lead the line in place of Jean-Philippe Mateta, having played behind his fellow Frenchman in the defeat against West Ham.
Palace are only missing Matheus Franca due to injury for this clash, while Will Hughes is expected to return from a recent illness.
After scoring twice against Stevenage in the first round, Onel Hernandez will be hoping to start for Norwich again at Selhurst Park. Ashley Barnes, Jacob Sorensen and Christian Fassnacht are in the treatment room for the Canaries, while Jonathan Rowe's season-long loan to Marseille has been confirmed.
New signing Ante Crnac will be looking to make his debut here, following a big-money move from Rakow Czestochowa.
Crystal Palace to win to nil @ 6/4
Palace have started their season in disappointing fashion, but so too have the visitors. Norwich have picked up just two points from their opening three matches in the Championship, conceding five goals in the process. They also let in three against Stevenage, which takes their average of goals conceded per game to two.
Both sides are expected to make changes for this tie, and this is where the strength in depth comes into play. With Glasner being able to promote the likes of Kamada and Sarr from the bench, it is hard to look past a comfortable home win for the Eagles - something that they really need right now.
Norwich have looked at their most vulnerable on the road so far, having lost their only away game 2-0 to newly-promoted Oxford United. They will have a much tougher test than that at Selhurst Park against some very talented players. Therefore, I think Palace to win to nil is a sensible market to back for this fixture.
Odsonne Edouard anytime goalscorer @ 23/20
He may be getting linked with an exit from south London in the final days of the transfer window, but for now it looks like Edouard will have a part to play in this cup match.
The Frenchman is currently having to play second fiddle to Mateta, who himself has not started the season as strongly as he ended the last. That could present Edouard an opportunity to impress Glasner.
Against a leaky Canaries defence, the front man should be looking to have a fruitful evening in front of goal to not only help fire his team into the draw for the third round, but to put his hat into the ring to start up front against Chelsea in the Premier League at the weekend.
The incentive is there, and I think he is a suitable candidate to back for a goal on Tuesday.
