Derby vs Swansea Prediction: Rams and Swans to lock horns and share spoils

Derby County host Swansea City at Pride Park on Saturday afternoon (15:00 GMT) in what is one of just six Championship contests on Saturday, due to the FA Cup being played this weekend.
Both sides are looking to catapult themselves into play-off contention, and you can find my Derby vs Swansea predictions below, as well as the latest team news and match odds.

Team News
Lewis Travis will be suspended for the hosts after his red card against Ipswich Town, joining Callum Elder, Dion Sanderson and Max Johnston on the sidelines.
Jacob Widell Zetterstrom will be assessed prior to kick-off after a virus, while Sammie Szmodics is available to make his debut after missing the clash against his parent club.
As for Swansea, they should have a full-strength squad to select from, meaning that Vitor Matos could field an unchanged XI from the one that beat Sheffield Wednesday 4-0 last Sunday.
That would see Liam Cullen retain his place in midfield alongside Goncalo Franco, with Zan Vipotnik leading the line after scoring a brace last weekend.
Derby vs Swansea Predicted Line-ups
- Derby: Vickers; Ward, Clarke, Batth, Murkin; Ozoh, Fraulo; Brereton Diaz, Clark, Brewster; Agyemang
- Swansea: Vigouroux; Galbraith, Cabango, Burgess, Tymon; Stamenic; Pereira, Franco, Cullen, Nunes; Vipotnik
Derby are 6/5 to triumph at Pride Park, giving them an implied win probability of 45.5%, the draw is 21/10 and Swansea are 5/2 to pick up a win on the road.
Both teams to score - yes is 10/11, and Patrick Agyemang is currently favourite to score anytime at 7/4.
Derby vs Swansea Stats
- Derby have scored exactly one goals in each of their last seven games at Pride Park
- Swansea have scored in each of their last eight fixtures
Match Result - Draw @ 21/10
There isn't a great deal separating these two sides, as Derby have been poor at home and the Swans have been equally as underwhelming on their travels.
The hope for both teams is that someone is able to break their duck with a big win this weekend, but I don't envision that being the case which is why I'm backing the draw on Saturday.
The Rams' best moments have come away from home, beating the likes of Bristol City and Charlton Athletic in recent weeks, while the visitors have won just four times on the road this term.

Both teams to score - yes @ 10/11
Although Derby fans haven't had much to sing about at home, it's rare that they see their side draw a blank.
The Rams have managed to net exactly one goal in each of their last seven outings at Pride Park, and they haven't failed to score at home since September.
The Swans' recent fortunes have turned around recently, putting together three wins in four games and transforming themselves into promotion dark horses. They possess the league's top goalscorer in Van Zipotnik (15), so they're going to be a threat going forward.
In fact, Swansea have found the net in each of their last eight matches, so I'm backing both teams to score this weekend.
