Ipswich Town @ 3/10
In the unpredictable world of the Championship, it's not surprising to see Ipswich as the 3/10 favourites to finish in the top six.
The Tractor Boys couldn't stay in the Premier League in their first season back in the top flight since 2002, but they look well positioned to go straight back up under Kieran McKenna.
McKenna is a talented coach, who was wanted by several clubs across Europe just 12 months ago, and perhaps more importantly, he's got a squad at his disposal that is littered in quality.
Yes, star striker Liam Delap has departed for pastures new in Chelsea, but there's still enough in this group to secure a place in the top six and maybe more.
The likes of Leif Davis, Jack Clarke and Sammie Szmodics have been very successful at this level in the past and Town have also bolstered their ranks with experienced signings such as Ashley Young.
This squad, on paper at least, looks the strongest in the division.

Southampton @ 8/15
Next in the top-six betting are another side that were relegated from the Premier League last season in Southampton.
There's a great deal of excitement surrounding the club with Will Still now in charge, and they still have a very good squad despite a horrendous campaign in the top flight last year.
There hasn't been a huge amount of activity either way for Southampton in the transfer market, but teenage sensation Tyler Dibling has been strongly linked with a move to Everton in recent days, and losing him so close to the season starting would come as a huge blow.
With every new boss comes teething problems, but there shouldn't be any qualms about the Saints securing a top-six spot this season.
Birmingham City @ 4/7
Big things are expected of Birmingham this term - and rightly so after a League 1 campaign which delivered the title with a whopping 111 points.
The Blues have a wealth of attacking options, and look sturdy at the back - not only that, they've added further quality in Kyogo Furuhashi from Celtic, as well as James Beadle and Tommy Doyle on loan.
Back-to-back promotions will be the aim of the ambitious owners at St. Andrews this season, so it's not surprising to see them odds-on for a top-six finish.
Sheffield United @ 4/6
Despite guiding Sheffield United to another play-off final, Chris Wilder was relieved of his duties this summer, with Ruben Selles replacing him in the dugout.
As mentioned above when looking at Southampton, players need time to adjust to a new manager's methods but when things start to click, the Blades will be competing for a top-six place.
The squad isn't too dissimilar to the one that was so close to promotion last season, and they've made some shrewd loan signings in Louie Barry and Tyler Bindon.

Coventry City @ 1/1
Coventry made the play-off semi-finals last season after a remarkable resurgence under Frank Lampard which saw them rise from relegation candidates to promotion contenders.
So, it's a case of picking up from where they left off for the Sky Blues, who have some fantastic talent within their ranks, including goalscoring midfielder Jack Rudoni, new keeper Carl Rushworth, and talented wideman Ephron Mason-Clark.
Kaine Kesler-Hayden is a fine addition and everything seems to be pointing to further progression for Lampard and his side.
Leicester City @ 5/4
Another side that were relegated from the Premier League last year are next in the betting in the form of Leicester City.
The Foxes still have many of the players who helped them to a Championship title a couple of seasons ago, but a top-six finish may be too much to ask of new boss Marti Cifuentes and his side.
Leicester been charged with breaching financial regulations and are set to receive a points deduction, with some reports suggesting it could be up to as many as 10. We know how competitive the Championship can be, and overturning a deficit like that is almost an impossible task at this level.
It would be foolish to completely rule the Foxes out of a top-six finish as stranger things have happened, but they're an outside pick at 5/4.
