Leicester City to beat Stoke City @ 1/2

League leaders Leicester City are flying under Enzo Maresca. The Foxes have won nine of their opening 10 matches this season and are looking exactly like the side most people expected to run away with the title.

No matter who they come across in this division, they will always be viewed as the favourites and expected to come away with three points. We believe this will happen again when they host an inconsistent Stoke City side. This one feels set up to be another routine victory for Maresca’s men.

Southampton to beat Rotherham United @ 3/10

It was only a few weeks ago that we were starting to get concerned about Southampton manager Russell Martin’s future at St Mary’s. Now, after two wins in a row, the Saints look as though they are building momentum which we are expecting to continue at home against strugglers Rotherham United this weekend.

The Saints have one of the joint-top scorers in the league in their side in Adam Armstrong, with seven goals to his name already. He has been in fine form this term but now his team mates are catching up to his level, which could lead to a miserable afternoon for the Millers on Saturday.

Blackburn Rovers to beat Queens Park Rangers @ 13/10

It has been a strange start to the campaign for Jon Dahl Tomasson and Blackburn Rovers. They have played some truly wonderful football at times but their expansive style has often left them exposed defensively and in turn has cost them some valuable points.

They lie 20th in the table, two points above Queens Park Rangers, so they will look to give themselves some breathing room when they head to west London this weekend. Their slick football should be able to break down Gareth Ainsworth’s side, but if they are not clinical, QPR are designed to pick them off on the counter-attack.

Ipswich Town to beat Preston North End @ 4/7

Just like Leicester, Ipswich Town are flying. They are second in the table having won eight of their opening 10 matches back in the second tier. Kieran McKenna’s side are playing some excellent football and unlike Blackburn, are getting the results for it.

Another home game for them will play to their advantage, especially against a Preston North End side that has now been beaten, after they were hammered 4-0 at home by West Bromwich Albion last weekend.

Coventry City to beat Norwich City @ 6/4

Coventry City have enjoyed back-to-back wins for the first time this season with victories over QPR and Blackburn. The Sky Blues will look to get a run going now as they attempt to match last year’s feat of finishing inside the top six.

Norwich City have shown at times that they are a good outfit at this level, but their 6-2 defeat against Plymouth Argyle the other week showed that they can be vulnerable. This game might just play into Coventry’s hands.
