Team News

Seventeen-year-old forward Dastan Satpaev, who will join Chelsea in August 2026, has scored 19 goals in 41 appearances this season for Kairat. However, he is ruled out of Tuesday's game as he is serving a suspension for an accumulation of yellow cards.

Brazilian pair Elder Santana and Joao Paulo remain sidelined with knee injuries.

As for Olympiakos, Panagiotis Retsos and Alexandros Paschalakis (both calf) are out injured.

Kairat, who are yet to win a home match in the league phase, losing 5-0 to Real Madrid and drawing 0-0 with Pafos, are 11/2, or a 15.4% chance, to claim all three points in Astana, with the draw offered at 16/5.

No Draw Both Teams To Score - Yes @ 13/8

Kairat haven't scored in either of their league-phase home games, while Olympiakos have scored only once in two away matches. However, I think there are reasons to back both teams to score on Tuesday.

BTTS-Yes has been a winning selection in Olympiakos' last three European outings, including their big defeat at Barcelona in October and a 4-3 home defeat to another Spanish giant, Real Madrid, last time out in the competition. They failed to score in their first two games, drawing 0-0 at home to Pafos and losing 2-0 at Arsenal, but are certainly capable of notching at least once in Astana.

Two of Olympiakos' first three league-phase matches this season produced at least 60 booking points, with 75 shown in their draw with Pafos, and 65 recorded in their defeat to Barcelona.

The same was true for Kairat, with 60 booking points awarded in their defeat to Sporting and 65 in their stalemate with Pafos. The Kazakhstani side recorded another 60 last time out in the Champions League, losing to Copenhagen in Denmark.

With so much riding on this contest, I'm expecting fireworks to fly between the two teams on Tuesday, which should see the referee reaching for his cards at Astana Stadium.
