A clash with Bayern marks Atalanta's third Bundesliga opponent of their European campaign after Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Dortmund, and the visitors' away form in this competition has been excellent. Team News
Atalanta will be hoping to welcome back Ederson for Tuesday's contest, while captain Marten de Roon should start after being rested against Udinese.
Giorgio Scalvini will be suspended and Charles De Ketelaere is sidelined through injury.
As for Bayern, their main man Harry Kane was left out of their match on Friday night against Borussia Monchengladbach, however head coach Vincent Kompany has said that the England international should make a rapid return.
Manuel Neuer is another injury concern - he missed the previous two matches before being replaced by Jonas Urbig in the win over Gladbach. Alphonso Davies is another notable absentee.

Atalanta vs Bayern Munich Odds
The hosts are 18/5 to win, the draw is 7/2 and Bayern are 8/13, giving them an implied win probability of 61.9%.
Both teams to score is 8/15, and over 2.5 goals is 4/9.
Atalanta vs Bayern Munich Stats
- Atalanta have scored in nine of their last 10 matches
- The hosts have won five of their last seven home matches
- Bayern have won their last six matches, scoring 20 goals in that run
Bayern Munich to win and both teams to score @ 13/8
As mentioned in the introduction, Bayern's form in this competition has been excellent, losing just once in the league phase, against Arsenal.
The Bavarians have won their last six games across all competitions to keep their treble hopes alive, and they’ve scored at least three times in five of those matches, netting 20 goals in total.
Atalanta will pose a stern test, and will believe they can upset the apple cart here, after their play-off heroics against fellow Bundesliga side Dortmund. Bayern do tend to concede chances, too - Kompany's men shipped goals in all four away days during the league phase, and the Italian side have scored twice or more in seven of their last nine matches.
Bayern's attacking brilliance should see them prevail on the night, and ultimately over both legs, but the Italians can play their part here and certainly get on the scoresheet.

Harry Kane to score two or more @ 10/3
This bet is based on the assumption that the England international is fit enough to feature on Thursday.
The former Tottenham Hotspur man has been electric in front of goal for the visitors this term, netting 11 goals across his last seven outings. Prior to missing the win over Gladbach on Friday, Kane scored a brace in his four previous outings, and he's also scored at least two goals in three of his Champions League appearances this campaign.
I think Bayern's talisman is well worth backing to score two or more again here at 10/3.
