Burnley and Bournemouth have the two lowest point tallies of any Premier League teams in 2024 and the pair will be hoping they can take advantage of their fellow strugglers in this clash.

The Clarets have the worst home record in the top flight, taking just five points from 39 available at Turf Moor this season. Here we pick out the best bets for Sunday’s Premier League clash, kicking off at 13:00, March 3rd.

Burnley vs Bournemouth betting tips

  • Bournemouth to win @ Evs
  • Enes Unal to score at any time @ 6/4

Team news

Luca Koleosho, Jordan Beyer, Lyle Foster, Nathan Redmond and Aaron Ramsey are all set to miss out through injury for Burnley while Josh Brownhill is suspended after being sent off against Crystal Palace last time out.

Max Aarons, Lloyd Kelly, Tyler Adams, James Hill and Ryan Fredericks are all injured and will not feature while Dominc Solanke faces a late fitness test after suffering a knee issue.

Enes Unal should be fit after recovering from a shoulder issue.

Match odds

Bournemouth can be backed at Evs for the victory, while Burnley are 13/5 outsiders and the draw is available at 13/5.

Over 2.5 goals is on offer at 4/6, while both teams to score is priced at 4/7 and it is 6/4 for over 1.5 goals in the first half.

Bournemouth to win @ Evs

Bournemouth will have been disappointed to miss out as they were knocked out of the FA Cup by Leicester in midweek but they can bounce straight back when they face struggling Burnley back in the Premier League.

The Clarets have taken just two points in 2024 and are currently staring down the barrel of relegation after taking just 13 points from their 26 league games this season.

Their record at home is even worse, losing ten of their 13 home matches, the worst tally of any team in the division.

Vincent Kompany’s side have also conceded at least three times in 11 league outings, the most of any side in the top flight.

Bournemouth have not won any of their last seven Premier League matches but they have faced Liverpool, Tottenham, Manchester City and Newcastle in that span and these opponents are a considerable step down on that.

Against a side struggling to put together any kind of form, Bournemouth should be able to earn the victory to get back on track.

Enes Unal to score at any time @ 6/4

Enes Unal has struggled for fitness since making the move to Bournemouth in January but he has shaken off a shoulder issue and should feature in this clash.

The Turkish striker netted 30 goals across his last two full seasons in La Liga and he may well be the Cherries’ penalty taker in Dominic Solanke’s absence.
