St Pauli welcome runaway league leaders Bayern Munich to Millerntor-Stadion (17:30 BST, Sky Sports Football) with the relegation places looming ominously just four points beneath them. Meanwhile, the visitors are nine points clear of their nearest rivals, second-placed Borussia Dortmund.

Team News

Ricky-Jade Jones is out for the remainder of the season with an ankle injury. St Pauli will also be without their suspended captain, Jackson Irvine.

James Sands and Manolis Saliakas are also out, with Eric Smith considered a doubt.

Bayern could rest top scorer Harry Kane for this one, with the enormous task of finishing the job against Real Madrid in the Champions League looming.

On the injury front, the only real concern is Sven Ulreich, who is out with a muscle issue.

The numbers rarely lie and this encounter looks well-set for a Bayern clean sheet and another win for the unstoppable current and future champions.

With Kane rumoured to be on the bench for this one, step forward Mr Nicolas Jackson. The Chelsea loanee is not tearing up the German top flight, with just four goals from 17 appearances. But you try playing second fiddle to the best striker in Europe (not you, Erling).

With the Bernabeu’s finest beckoning on the horizon, Vincent Kompany looks likely to give Jackson a spin up top in Kane’s absence. Which means our man will be well-placed to bag himself a goal against the relegation-threatened opposition.
