There is a small but varied selection of fixtures on Wednesday night with lots at stake on European and domestic fronts. Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are battling to earn a place in the Champions League final, and there is a spot in the Europa Conference League final up for grabs between Club Bruges and Fiorentina.

The only domestic action in England takes place in the League 1 playoffs, with Peterborough United and Oxford United vying to earn a passage to Wembley, while there is plenty of Copa Libertadores fare, including the Group E contest between Millonarios and Club Bolivar. Read on for my BTTS Tips for Wednesday, May 8, and the early hours of Thursday, May 9, as I line up a 6.18/1 fourfold.

BTTS Yes in Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich @ 8/15

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich shared four goals at the Allianz Arena last Tuesday and there is every chance of another high-scoring affair when they lock horns in the Spanish capital.

The vast majority of visiting teams play a containing game at the Bernabeu, but Bayern are unlikely to sit back.

They have some obvious weaknesses in defence but are looking stronger in attack, with Serge Gnabry building up his match minutes and being in contention to start.

Real needed a late Vinicius Jr. penalty to secure a draw in Bavaria, but they appear to be well-placed to kick on.

Los Blancos have scored in 34 consecutive matches, and it is hard to imagine the sequence ending anytime soon.

BTTS Yes in Club Bruges vs Fiorentina @ 4/6

Fiorentina hold a 3-2 lead over Club Bruges after last Thursday's first leg in Florence, and the Italians are unlikely to hold back when contemplating the second leg at the Jan Breydel Stadium.

La Viola have notched in nine of their last 10 Europa Conference League fixtures and they might as well pursue a front-foot approach in Belgium because they are far from watertight in defence.

Club Bruges will have taken plenty of encouragement from their performance in Tuscany where they scored twice despite playing for over two-thirds of the match with 10 men.

The Belgian leaders have scored in 16 consecutive home games, and that run is likely to continue.

BTTS Yes in Peterborough vs Oxford @ 8/15

Oxford overcame League 1 playoff rivals Peterborough 1-0 in a tight affair at the Kassam Stadium on Saturday but the return match at the Weston Homes Stadium could be a much more open encounter.

The Posh are used to playing front-foot football on home soil and should get on the scoresheet.

However, a clean sheet may elude them against a pacy Oxford side, who can be devastating on the counter-attack.

BTTS Yes in Millonarios vs Bolivar (03:00, Thursday, May 9) @ 5/6

Colombian outfit Millonarios need a reaction after back-to-back losses in Copa Libertadores Group E and they are sure to play an offensive game against sectional leaders Bolivar.

The fixture looks like a must-win affair for Millonarios, who should find the net for a 15th successive game.

However, a clean sheet may escape them against their Bolivian opponents, who have netted nine goals in three Copa Libertadores matches.
