Brighton & Hove Albion will be aiming to pick up a fourth win from five matches in all competitions, when they host Burnley on Saturday afternoon (15:00).

The Seagulls came from behind to beat Brentford in midweek, while Burnley were defeated 1-0 by Wolves.

Brighton & Hove Albion vs Burnley Prediction

  • Brighton to win and both teams to score @ 9/5
  • Joao Pedro to score anytime @ 11/8

Team News

Pervis Estupinan, Tariq Lamptey, Ansu Fati, Julio Enciso, Danny Welbeck, Adam Webster and Solly March are ruled out due to injury for the hosts. Mahmoud Dahoud will return from suspension, as will Lewis Dunk to partner Jan Paul van Hecke in defence.

As for the visitors, Lyle Foster is still absent due to personal issues, while Luca Koleosho will join Josh Cullen and Jack Cork on the sidelines. Jordan Beyer served a one-match suspension against Wolves but will return this weekend.

Match Odds

Brighton are 1/2 to claim the three points, while Burnley are 5/1 to win the game and the draw is priced up at 18/5.

Both teams to score can be backed at 4/6, and over 3.5 goals is 11/8 to land.

Brighton to win and both teams to score @ 9/5

Brighton have posted four wins from their last six in all competitions but they are yet to keep a clean sheet in the league this season.

The Seagulls kept alive their trend of scoring and conceding in every Premier League game this term, with a 2-1 win over Brentford on Wednesday and their clash with Burnley on Saturday could also be high-scoring.

Burnley's 5-0 thumping of Sheffield United at the start of the month appears to be a one-off - it's their only win in their last nine games.

Although results haven't gone their way, the Clarets have still been scoring goals - the 1-0 defeat to Wolves on Tuesday was the first time in four matches that they have failed to find the back of the net.

Joao Pedro to score anytime @ 11/8

Joao Pedro was lively in Brighton’s win over Brentford, managing four shots, including two on target, and he has racked up five goals in the Premier League.

Despite failing to get on the scoresheet against the Bees, the Brazilian forward has four goals in his last four matches across all competitions, and at 11/8 is a decent pick to bag anytime here.
