Bologna vs Genoa Prediction: Stalemate on the cards

Bologna have already qualified for next season's Europa League thanks to their Coppa Italia triumph, so there is not a lot riding on their final game of the Serie A season against Genoa on Saturday (17.00).
Read on for my Bologna vs Genoa predictions, featuring the latest odds and essential team news.
Bologna vs Genoa Predictions
*odds correct at time of publication
Bologna are well-fancied to finish the season with a win at 1/2, while Genoa are 11/2 to claim maximum points and the draw can be backed at 10/3.
Over 2.5 goals, meanwhile, is rated 8/11, with under quoted at 11/10.
Team News
For Bologna, full-back Juan Miranda is suspended after he was sent off late against Fiorentina last Sunday, while Jens Odgaard and Martin Erlic are unavailable due to injury.
But Genoa's injury list is much worse with Maxwel Cornet, Alan Matturro, Fabio Miretti, Honest Ahanor and Ruslan Malinovskyi among those set to miss out.
Draw @ 10/3
It has been a special season for Bologna, who played in the UEFA Champions League for the first time and claimed their first major trophy since 1974 when they beat AC Milan in the Coppa Italia final earlier this month.
They can, therefore, be excused for taking their foot off the pedal in Serie A, in which they have gone four games without a win.
They go into their final game in eighth spot in the league, but their position does not really matter given that their cup win has got them into Europe, while final-match opponents Genoa cannot move up or down this weekend.
Regardless of the result in this game they will finish 13th, so it could be a bit of a dead-rubber and the draw stands out as a great bet at 10/3.
These sides have also been considered draw specialists in Serie A this season, racking up 27 stalemates between them in Italy's top-flight.

Riccardo Orsolini to score first @ 9/2
Bologna's standout player this season has been forward Riccardo Orsolini, who is worth a bet to break the deadlock in their final Serie A contest of the season.
Orsolini has scored 14 goals in Serie A this season - only Mateo Retegui, Moise Kean and Ademola Lookman have netted more - and he got on the scoresheet in their 3-2 defeat to Fiorentina last weekend.
Goals could be at a premium in this game given the lack of motivation to push for the win, so rather than back Orsolini to score, the best bet is to back him to score the first and potentially only goal of the game at 9/2.
