After back-to-back defeats, Perth Glory returned to winning ways in stunning fashion last Saturday, coming from behind at home to reigning Premier's Plate champions Auckland FC to win 2-1 thanks to a late brace from 59th-minute substitute Jaiden Kucharski. Next up for the Glory is a Friday trip (08:35 GMT, TNT Sports 1) to Campbelltown Stadium, where Macarthur FC, who drew 1-1 at Adelaide United last week, lie in wait.

Below are my Macarthur vs Perth Glory predictions, supported by all the latest team news and match odds.

Macarthur vs Perth Glory Betting Tips

  • Price Boosts - Mitchell Duke (MAC) 2+ Shots On Target, Tom Lawrence (PER) 1+ Shots On Target & Both Teams 2+ Cards @ 7/1 8/1

Team News

Macarthur head coach Mile Sterjovski is still missing Bernardo Oliveira, Henrique Oliveira (both unspecified), Harry Politidis and Ji Dong-won (both ankle).

Football Odds

As for Adam Griffiths' Perth Glory, Joel Anasmo (Achilles), Brandon O'Neill (calf) and Cameron Cook (knee) remain in the treatment room, while Rhys Bozinovski completed a move to Dutch Eredivsie side Heracles Almelo earlier this week.

The good news for Griffiths is that Callum Timmins, Arion Sulemani and Andriano Lebib are all in his extended squad and available for selection on Friday.

Macarthur vs Perth Glory Predicted Lineups

  • Macarthur: Kurto; Talbot, Da Silva, Uskok, Scott; Brattan, Rose; Vickery, Caceres, Ikonomidis; Duke
  • Perth Glory: M. Sutton; Shamoon, Kaltack, Wootton, S. Sutton; Ostler, Freney, De Abreu, Kucharski; Taggart, Lawrence

Macarthur vs Perth Glory Odds

Macarthur are 1/1 to exact revenge for November's 2-0 defeat to Perth Glory at Campbelltown Stadium, implying a 50% probability of success, while the visitors are 11/5, or a 31.3% chance to win there again, with the draw offered at 12/5.

Macarthur vs Perth Glory Stats

  • MAC have only lost two of their eight ALM home games this season (W3, D3)
  • MAC or Draw & BTTS-Yes has been a winning selection in five of their eight ALM home matches
  • PER have scored in five of their last six contests
  • Duke (MAC) has registered one shot on target in all three apps (one goal)
  • Lawrence (PER) is averaging a shot per game in 25/26 ALM (12 apps)

Double Chance & Both Teams To Score - Macarthur or Draw & Yes @ 21/20

My initial feeling was to back a home win on Friday, but I have to give Glory their respect after last weekend's comeback victory over Auckland.

Yes, that success was achieved on home soil, and they've lost both away games this calendar year, but they were marginal defeats to Melbourne Victory (3-2) and Western Sydney Wanderers (1-0), and before that, they had won three consecutive matches away from HBF Park, the second of which was at Campbelltown Stadium in November (0-2).

Today's Football Fixtures

The Bulls have been solid performers at home this season, losing just two of their eight league games (W3, D3), but they've only won one of their three there in 2026 (D1, L1), shipping six goals in that run.

Macarthur or Draw & BTTS-Yes has been a winning selection in five of their eight ALM home matches, and Sterjovski's side have only kept one clean sheet at Campbelltown Stadium in 2025/26 (ALM only).

Perth have scored in five of their last six games, and should be confident of finding the net on Friday, but they've recorded just one shutout in their last eight and will equally find it difficult to contain a Macarthur attack which has scored in eight of the last nine.

I'll play things slightly safe here and back the hosts in the Double Chance & BTTS market.

Price Boosts - Mitchell Duke (MAC) 2+ Shots On Target, Tom Lawrence (PER) 1+ Shots On Target & Both Teams 2+ Cards @ 7/1 8/1

This is a Price Boost I can get behind on Friday.

Mid-season arrival Mitchell Duke made his Macarthur debut as a 61st-minute substitute against Central Coast Mariners on January 18, and despite playing less than a third of the game, he recorded four shots, forcing a save with the last of those in that 1-1 draw.

Six days later, the 35-year-old secured his first start and goal as a Bulls player, striking in the sixth minute and seeing two further efforts miss the target before being withdrawn in the 55th minute of that 6-2 hammering of Melbourne City at Campbelltown Stadium.

Last time out in Adelaide, the Socceroo managed just the one shot, but it did hit the target, and he lasted until the 68th minute at Coopers Stadium.

Duke may get even longer on the pitch this week, so I fancy him to go one better and register two shots on target against Glory.

The visiting side's marquee signing last summer, Tom Lawrence, has scored five goals in 12 appearances this season, averaging one shot on target per game, and he's managed one in three of his last four matches, while one of his four attempts at Macarthur in November was saved by Filip Kurto.

In that game, four yellow cards were equally divided, making it back-to-back meetings where both teams had received two bookings.
