Team News

Aston Villa have a number of long-term injuries with Emi Buendia, Tyrone Mings, Alex Moreno and Jacob Ramsey all missing for this game.

Villa to win & under 3.5 total goals @ 6/5

Aston Villa have been impressive under Unai Emery, particularly at home. They are now on an 11-game winning streak in the league at Villa Park and are a short price to extend that run against Luton.

However, despite the Hatters’ struggles in the top flight this season, they have managed to keep things relatively tight.

Rob Edwards’ men last conceded more than two goals in the second game of the season and their 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest last time out is the only time in their last eight matches that four or more goals have been scored.

Villa face a quick turnaround after their European exploits on Thursday and this could be a lower scoring game than usual for them as a result.

The hosts should win but Luton may also be able to keep it respectable, take Villa to win with under 3.5 goals in the match.

Moussa Diaby to score anytime @ 13/10

Ollie Watkins has taken all the headlines with his impressive performances this season but quietly Moussa Diaby is having a very solid first campaign in English football.

The Frenchman is likely to line up alongside Watkins in the Villa attack and looks the value pick to get on the scoresheet.

Only Watkins has had more shots for Villa than Diaby’s 20 this season and he has also registered the second-most shots on target, eight.

Take Diaby to steal the spotlight and get his third goal of the season here.
