Sixth-placed Aston Villa host third-placed Brighton in this early kick off and there doesn’t appear to be a stand out side in this contest.

Both sides have had impressive starts to their Premier League campaigns, winning four and five games from six respectively.

However, both made changes and exited the Carabao Cup in midweek at the third round stage.

Unai Emery and Roberto De Zerbi will have their starting XI’s back to full strength here and I can’t pick a winner between the two.

Kauro Mitoma to make an assist

The Japanese star has been a break-out performer for the Seagulls since joining from Kawasaki Frontale but has raised his game to a new level this season.

The 26-year-old has six goal involvements in his five starts this season and on the solitary occasion he was benched, he came on and scored a brace to give Brighton the win from behind, against Bournemouth.

Mitoma has three assists so far and I like his chances of registering another here.

Solly March 2+ fouls

Another Brighton man who has had a superb start to his 2023/24 campaign, Solly March has notched three goals from his four Premier League appearances this year.

March not only contributes going forward but is a combative sort, who tracks back and tackles.

The 29-year-old is averaging two fouls per game and I have added that line as our last selection. The three combined pay an impressive 16/1.
