Monaco (A) to beat Pafos FC @ 8/13

Monaco won 1-0 at Bodo/Glimt on matchday four and a similar outcome appeals on Wednesday when they face Cypriot champions Pafos.

The pair are level on five points and Pafos defeated Villarreal 1-0 on matchday four, having previously drawn 0-0 with Olympiacos and Almaty, either side of a 5-1 home hammering against Bayern Munich.

Monaco lost 4-1 at Rennes on Saturday, marking a miserable return to competitive football for Paul Pogba.

The 32-year-old could get more minutes on Wednesday and potentially in a winning cause.

Blackburn (H) to beat QPR @ 23/20

Blackburn have won four of their last five games, though their one blip was a 2-1 home defeat to Derby.

They can make amends by beating QPR, who lost 1-0 to Derby and then drew 0-0 at Sheffield United in their two most recent away outings.

It's taken some time, but Rovers look to be coming good under Valerien Ismael.

They won last season's edition of this fixture 2-0 and can win again on Wednesday.

Atletico Madrid to beat Inter @ 5/4

Inter Milan missed a penalty in Sunday's 1-0 Derby della Madonnina defeat to AC Milan and may be disappointed again in what looks likely to be another tight and tense affair.

Atleti have been inconsistent in Europe, winning twice and losing their other two. However, those victories came at Metropolitano, where they defeated Frankfurt 5-1 and Union SG 3-1.

They are unbeaten at the ground since March and were 3-1 winners when Inter visited in the last-16 of this competition in March 2024.

Inter have a perfect record in Europe, including beating both Ajax and Union SG on the road, but may come unstuck again in Madrid.

Sporting CP to beat Club Brugge @ 3/5

Finally, to Lisbon, where Sporting CP host Club Brugge. The Belgians beat these same opponents 2-1 at the Jan Breydel Stadium in last season's league phase but the tables could be turned in Portugal.

Sporting are unbeaten in nine since losing 2-1 at Napoli on the first day of October and have beaten Kairat 4-1 and Marseille 2-1 at home.

Brugge drew 3-3 with Barcelona on matchday four, but may find themselves on the wrong end of another shootout at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.
