Coventry (H) -2 handicap against Blackburn (15:00 BST) @ 10/3
Coventry City lead the way in the Championship after nine matches and the Sky Blues are yet to be beaten in the second tier. Eyebrows were raised at Mark Robins' dismissal last season but what a job his successor, Frank Lampard, has done since taking charge at the CBS Arena.
Coventry host Blackburn Rovers on Saturday and they will look to maintain their place at the top of the standings. The Sky Blues have scored a whopping 27 goals to date and each of their last three matches have seen them win by at least three goals, so a -2 handicap looks a smart play here.
Bradford (H) to beat Barnsley (15:00 BST) @ 23/20
Bradford City have made the step up to League 1 seamlessly in the first two months of the season. The Bantams sit second in the third tier, having won seven of their opening 11 fixtures, including each of their five home fixtures to date.
They welcome Barnsley to Valley Parade on Saturday, and the Tykes head here on a five-game winless run. The hosts look unstoppable on home turf and I cannot see the visitors turning their fortunes around here.
Erling Haaland anytime goalscorer (Man City vs Everton, 15:00 BST) @ 7/10
Erling Haaland is so good at scoring goals we don't even bat an eyelid anymore when he starts each season in red-hot form. The Manchester City forward may not be having his most prolific start to a Premier League campaign, but he has still bagged nine goals in seven fixtures and sits at the top of the goalscoring charts.
Seven of those have come in his last five appearances in the top flight, so that spells trouble for Everton, who head to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday. Haaland has had some fun with the Toffees over the years. The Norway striker has scored four times in as many appearances against the Blues.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
Charlton (H) to beat Sheffield Wednesday (15:00 BST) @ 4/6
Charlton Athletic have made a decent start in their return to the Championship and the Addicks have picked up 12 points from the first nine games of the season. They welcome Sheffield Wednesday to The Valley on Saturday, with the Owls putting up a valiant effort considering all the off-field troubles they are having to deal with.
The hosts have been most effective on home turf so far, winning two of their four outings here. They comfortable dispatched Blackburn 3-0 in their latest appearance here, and I think they could be too much for Wednesday, who have a very small squad at their disposal.
Arsenal (A) to win to nil against Fulham (17:30 BST) @ 5/4
Arsenal are the current leaders in the Premier League on 16 points but they are just one point ahead of Liverpool. The Gunners make the short trip to Craven Cottage to face Fulham on Saturday evening, and the hosts are looking to respond after suffering back-to-back 3-1 defeats in the top flight.
The Cottagers will find it difficult against Arsenal, who have the best defensive record in the division with just three goals conceded across seven games. Mikel Arteta's side have won five games so far and four of them have been accompanied with a clean sheet - and I believe this trend will continue in west London.
