Como to beat Pisa

Como continue to excel under the guidance of manager Cesc Fabregas, who is surely not far away from being lured in by one of Europe’s elite clubs, and they are chasing a third straight success at Pisa.

Como have recorded wins to nil over Lecce and Udinese in back-to-back games, enabling them to rise up to sixth in the Serie A standings, and this should be a gilt-edged opportunity to enhance their fine season against Italy’s bottom club.

Pisa have taken only 12 points from 18 games, leaving them three points adrift of safety, and they are on a seven-game winless run, having endured three straight defeats to nil at home.

Under 2.5 goals in West Ham vs Nottingham Forest

A cagey contest could be in store at the London Stadium as third-bottom West Ham play host to a Nottingham Forest side that are only one place and four points better off.

Both teams need victory, but it is hard to have faith in either party as the Hammers are winless in nine and Forest have suffered four straight defeats.

Keeping mistakes to a minimum will surely be at the forefront of their minds, but West Ham failed to register a single shot on target in their 3-0 loss at Wolves last time out.

Forest, meanwhile, have fired blanks in ten of their 20 top-flight fixtures this season and are regularly finding goals hard to come by.

Rangers to beat Aberdeen

Having had a dreadful start to the season under Russell Martin, Danny Rohl has transformed Rangers’ fortunes and confidence should be sky-high after Saturday’s 3-1 victory at Old Firm rivals Celtic.

Gers are back in the title race, having won five of their last seven matches, and they can account for Aberdeen at Ibrox. Dons have lost four away fixtures in a row and look there for the taking.

Juventus to beat Sassuolo

Juventus had won seven of their last eight matches prior to Saturday’s 1-1 draw at home to Lecce, but they won the shot count 25-6 and should be backed to bounce back to winning ways at Sassuolo.

The Old Lady sit fourth in Serie A, six points behind leaders Inter, and Sassuolo’s 1-1 draw at home to Parma on Saturday means that they have won only one of their last six at the Mapei Stadium.
