Rajasthan Royals will be looking to continue their perfect start to the 2026 IPL season when they take on struggling Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium on Monday (15:00 BST). The Royals have won all four matches and there are high hopes they can land a second title and their first since winning the inaugural edition in 2008. Confidence levels are not so high for the Sunrisers, who have lost three and won just one of their four games.

Below are my SRH vs RR predictions, alongside team news and match odds.

Team News

Sunrisers remain without experienced Australian seamer and captain Pat Cummins, who is yet to feature in the 2026 IPL due to a persistent back injury.

The 32-year-old recently returned to Australia for further assessment and latest reports suggest he could be in contention to play in Saturday's clash against Delhi Capitals.

English all-rounder Liam Livingstone could return for Punjab Kings after he was dropped for the defeat to Punjab Kings.

Sunrisers Predicted XI: Abhishek Sharma, Travis Head, Ishan Kishan (c & wk), Nitish Kumar Reddy, Heinrich Klaasen, Aniket Verma, Liam Livingstone, Harsh Dubey, Shivang Kumar, Eshan Malinga, Harshal Patel

Boasting a perfect record of four wins from four, Rajasthan are unlikely to alter their side from the one which secured a six-wicket victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Friday.

Rajasthan Predicted XI: Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Dhruv Jurel (wk), Riyan Parag (c), Shimron Hetmyer, Donovan Ferreira, Ravindra Jadeja, Jofra Archer, Nandre Burger, Ravi Bishnoi, Brijesh Sharma

SRH vs RR Odds

Sunrisers are 11/10, or a 47.6% chance, to pick up their second win of the IPL season against Rajasthan, who are the 8/11 favourites to make it five wins from as many matches, implying a 57.9% probability of success.

Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma are both 3/1 to be the top batter for Hyderabad, with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Yashasvi Jaiswal 12/5 in the same market for the Royals.

Dhruv Jurel top Rajasthan batter @ 9/2

Rajasthan boast a stacked batting lineup and one player who has impressed in the IPL is Dhruv Jurel, who guided his side to a six-wicket win over Bengaluru on Friday with a brilliant unbeaten 81.

The 25-year-old wicket-keeper's knock came from just 43 balls, as he smashed eight fours and three sixes in the destructive performance.

It is the second time Jurel has top-scored for the Royals, with his score of 75 in the victory over Gujarat Titans at the start of the month also seeing him top the billing.

With the Sunrisers conceding over 200 runs in two of their four matches, bowling has not been their strong point and Jurel could cash in again for Rajasthan.

Ravi Bishnoi top Rajasthan bowler @ 11/4

While Hyderabad have struggled in the bowling department, the same cannot be said of Rajasthan and one player who has impressed is Ravi Bishnoi.

Starting off with figures of 1-16 in the opening win over Chennai, the 25-year-old leg-spinner has since posted figures of 4-41, 2-25 and 2-32.

Bishnoi is a menace when it comes to the middle overs, often taking key wickets when a team is trying to kick on, and he looks like a solid bet to top his team's bowling charts.
