Luton Town play their first Premier League match at Kenilworth Road against West Ham United on Friday night. We feel that there are some eye-catching markets in this clash and one in particular that we’ve selected as our bet of the day

West Ham United picked up an emphatic 3-1 victory at Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League last weekend as the Hammers currently sit second in the table. David Moyes’ side underperformed domestically last year and they will expect to finish much higher this time around, especially when they were a comfortable top-10 side in the two seasons prior.

The Hammers stunned the Seagulls with three goals on the counter-attack and summer signing James Ward-Prowse got off the mark for his new side, while Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen also got on the scoresheet.

Each of the three goals were well-worked but Antonio’s in particular was very impressive. With his back to goal, the forward held the ball up before turning his defender to smash the ball into the back of the net.

Although he is getting older and fans have had their doubts about his role in the side, the striker shows he is still a nuisance at this level and it is why he’s still leading the line and Gianluca Scamacca was moved on.

Antonio’s physical presence can cause problems for most defenders in the Premier League and he’ll likely give Luton Town a lot to think about at Kenilworth Road on Friday night.

The Jamaican international and West Ham’s record Premier League goalscorer already has two goals to his name this term (in successive matches), having only scored five in the whole of last season in the league.

Like his team, he is fired up for a much more productive campaign and you feel that he can score for the third successive game against the Hatters.
