1 pt 14:36 Sunderland – Easy Act (T5) @ SP
Due to the extremely high temperatures, just three meetings will take place today, with Sunderland, Newcastle and Yarmouth all given the go ahead at the moment. Following a winner at the north east venue Sunderland yesterday, we head back with three more on a competitive all-graded card.
At 14:36 look out for middle seed EASY ACT, who lines up from T5 for trainer Shirley Linley. The June 2024 daughter of Links Maverick bolted up in A8 company on May 31, recording 28.20 following a smart 5.11 sectional.
Since then, Easy Act has run two more times and met trouble at the first bend on both occasions. Today, in a race lacking early pace, Easy Act has a chance to lead round and if that happens, it’ll take a good one to back run her.
Darbyshill Kate (T6) has form in higher grades and would be a danger to all with a level break. Kate starts and stays; she looks the ideal forecast mixer in the race. Whitburn Jolly (T4) is another who will be staying on and enters calculations.

1 pt 15:13 Sunderland – Dirty Cash (T1) @ SP
The A9-graded race at 15:13 over the four-bend 450-metre trip can go to DIRTY CASH from T1. The Yvonne Bell-trained railer is the clear pick on the clock with his recent 28.51 run putting Dirty Cash three or four lengths clear of field.
The key to the race will be the break and run into the first bend. It’s imperative that Dirty Cash traps well, holds the rails and hits the back straight on the bunny. Burnpark Pheonix (T4) is worth noting in the market.
The July 2024 son of Grangeview Ten missed the break on four-bend debut last week and a line can be put through that run. If he brings his trapping boots this afternoon and improves on the clock, he could be the one to challenge Dirty Cash. Wide seed Lillies Bubbles (T6) has claims if she pings the lids and turns a couple clear.

1 pt 16:09 Sunderland – Witton Cash (T1) @ SP
The third and final selection from Sunderland is WITTON CASH who runs from T1 in the A2 graded race at 16:09. The October 2023 son of Ballymac Cashout is two from two in the grade and looks well-drawn to win again.
Witton Cash returns to action this afternoon following a layoff from early February. The recent 27.59 course and distance trial reads well and granted a level break and clear run, Witton Cash can turn handy, make his move by the third corner and then hit the front and power clear.
Zari Cora (T3) looks the likely leader and could be worth including in forecast bets. Wide seed Hoffa Epic (T6) is another with leading claims and enters calculations.
