Denmark vs DR Congo Prediction: Osula could be set for a memorable debut

DR Congo head to Belgium on Wednesday for a friendly against Denmark (8pm local/7pm BST) ahead of the FIFA World Cup. Denmark are not going on such an adventure this summer following their loss to the Czech Republic in the play-off final in March.

It feels like the beginning of a new era for Denmark as long-time goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has had to retire because of a shoulder issue. Jannik Vestergaard and Christian Norgaard have also bid farewell to the international stage.

Christian Eriksen may be in line to earn his 150th cap for the Red and Whites, while Will Osula will be hoping to make his debut.

Axel Tuanzebe (Burnley) and Aaron Wan-Bissaka (West Ham United) are set to feature in defence for DR Congo, with both players having suffered relegation from the Premier League this season.
