Bradford vs Bolton Prediction: Value in a third stalemate of the season

Bolton Wanderers have a 1-0 lead in their League 1 play-off semi-final tie against Bradford City ahead of Thursday's second leg at Valley Parade (20:00 BST, Sky Sports Main Event). Amario Cozier-Duberry's strike is the difference at the moment and that was the only shot on target in the entire first leg.

Team News
Bobby Pointon is Bradford's only injury concern, so boss Graham Alexander has everyone else available. He may be tempted to stick with a similar XI that he named in Saturday's first leg.
Stephen Humphrys, Nick Powell, Tyreik Wright and Will Swan will be hoping for starts after settling for places on the bench last time out.
Bolton duo Marcus Forss and Corey Blackett-Taylor remain sidelined through injury. Ethan Erhahon should continue in midfield after being declared fit to start the first leg alongside Josh Sheehan.
Cozier-Duberry is set to feature on the right flank again as he looks to cause more issues for the Bantams.
Bradford vs Bolton Predicted Lineups
- Bradford: Walker; Baldwin, J Wright, Tilt; Neufville, Metcalfe, Power, Touray; Lapslie, Jackson, Sarcevic
- Bolton: Bonham; Osei-Tutu, Toal, Forino-Joseph, Johnston; Erhahon, Sheehan; Cozier-Duberry, Rodrigues, Cissoko; Dalby
Bradford are a 7/5 bet to win this second leg inside 90 minutes, and they have won six of their last 10 games.
Three of the Bantams previous five fixtures have been draws, with the stalemate here valued at 13/5.
Bolton are 7/4 to come out on top, as they did in the first leg.
All three meetings this term have gone Under 2.5 Goals, which is marketed at 11/10 on this occasion.
Bradford vs Bolton Stats
- 2 of the 3 meetings this term have been draws
- Bradford have drawn 3 of their past 5 fixtures, including their two most recent home games
- 2 of Bolton's previous 4 matches have ended level
- Amario Cozier-Duberry scored 8 goals and recorded 12 assists in League 1, while also scoring in the first leg
- The winger has recorded a goal involvement in 4 of his last 5 appearances
Match Result - Draw @ 13/5
There wasn't much in it in the first leg, with Cozier-Duberry's sumptuous strike the difference on Saturday. This tees up what looks set to be a thrilling conclusion to this tie at Valley Parade.
I believe that there is a lot of quality on both sides and I am expecting another competitive encounter. I can't look past the 13/5 price for a draw because this has been the outcome in two of the three meetings this term.
One of them was delivered here on 25 April, so not that long ago. Three of Bradford's past five fixtures have ended in a stalemate, including their previous two home matches.
Additionally, Bolton have posted two draws across their four most recent games in all competitions.

Player To Score Or Assist A Goal - Amario Cozier-Duberry @ 6/4
This selection gave me one winner from my first-leg predictions. I was surprised to see Bolton's star winger 5/4 to score or assist on Saturday, and I'm just as stunned again that he is above EVS for the second leg.
He's a bigger 6/4 (implied probability of 40%) to register a goal involvement on Thursday and so I feel like I can't look elsewhere. The Brighton & Hove Albion loanee posted eight goals and 12 assists in the regular season, and he comes into this clash having provided a goal or an assist in four of his previous five appearances for the Trotters.
