Team News
Eberechi Eze and Kai Havertz both picked up knocks in last weekend's victory against Newcastle United - the former shook off his problem to be involved midweek - but Havertz missed out and is a doubt for Saturday.
Justin Timber will be absent once again through a groin problem, as will Mikel Merino (foot), but Bukayo Saka and Leandro Trossard could return to the starting XI after being reduced to substitute appearances on Wednesday.
As for the visitors, Ryan Sessegnon was forced off early in the second half last weekend, so his availability looks in doubt for the trip to north London.
Former Arsenal man Alex Iwobi won't reunite with his boyhood club here due to a thigh issue, while Kenny Tete continues to recover from an ankle problem.
Arsenal vs Fulham Predicted Lineups
- Arsenal: Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Hincapie; Zubimendi, Rice; Saka, Odegaard, Trossard; Jesus
- Fulham: Leno; Castagne, Andersen, Bassey, Robinson; Lukic, Berge; Wilson, Smith Rowe, Chukwueze; Jimenez
The Gunners are 4/9, giving them an implied win probability of 69.2%, the draw is 7/2 and Fulham are 13/2.
Both teams to score - yes is available at 1/1, while Victor Gyokeres is shortest-priced to score anytime at 6/5.
Arsenal vs Fulham Stats
- Arsenal have never lost to Fulham at the Emirates, winning 5 and drawing 4 of 9 Premier League meetings
- Arsenal have kept the most clean sheets in the league this season (16)
- Fulham have scored 4 goals in their last 5 league matches
Arsenal and both teams to score - yes @ 11/5
Arsenal will no doubt have one eye on the return leg against Atletico next week, but they shouldn't look too far ahead, as this match does have a banana skin feel about it.
Yes, the Gunners have never lost to Fulham at the Emirates but even a draw at this stage of the season would be almost catastrophic, with Manchester City breathing down their necks.
The recent loss to Bournemouth and a poor showing against Newcastle won't have calmed fans' nerves, but what will help is that Fulham don't really have anything to play for. A win here but would keep their feint hopes of securing European football alive, but they have the fourth-worst away record in the division.
As much as the Cottagers rarely take anything home from the Emirates, they've scored in each of their last five visits.

Eberechi Eze to have 2+ shots on target @ 11/4
Eze was a substitute in Madrid and has a good chance of starting on Saturday, most likely battling it out with Trossard for a place on the left flank, but the former Crystal Palace man has started six of the last seven matches for the Gunners.
The 27-year-old scored the only goal of the game against Newcastle, and he's had 11 shots across his previous four league appearances. I think the Englishman will be heavily involved in the action on Saturday, and I'm backing him here to have two or more shots on target.
