Team News
Inter look set to receive a double boost ahead of Sunday's contest as club captain Lautaro Martinez will be available for selection and Henrikh Mkhitaryan could also return to the fold having been sidelined with a hamstring problem since mid-March.
Carlos Augusto is suspended for the hosts.
As for Roma, wing-back Wesley is expected to be sidelined for up to four weeks with injury, while Paulo Dybala, Artem Dovbyk and Manu Kone remain long-term absentees.
Inter Milan vs Roma Predicted Lineups
- Inter Milan: Sommer; Bissek, Akanji, Darmian; Dumfries, Barella, Calhanoglu, Zielinski, Dimarco; Esposito, Thuram
- Roma: Svilar; Mancini, N'Dicka, Hermoso; Rensch, Cristante, El Aynaoui, Tsimikas; Pisilli, Pellegrini; Malen
The hosts are 4/6, giving them an implied win probability of 60%, the draw is 11/4 and Roma can be backed at 4/1.
Both teams to score - yes can be backed at 10/11 and over 2.5 goals is currently available at the same price.
Inter Milan vs Roma Stats
- Inter have recorded more victories against Roma than any other team (80)
- Both sides have won just 1 of their last 5 outings
Inter Milan to win to nil @ 8/5
Both sides aren't in great form heading into Sunday's contest, but I think there's plenty of value in backing the hosts to win without conceding.
Inter have kept 15 clean sheets in 30 league outings, boasting the best defence in Serie A. In addition, the hosts have managed to keep Roma out in three of the last four meetings between the pair.

Lautaro Martinez to score anytime @ 23/20
I'm tempted to back Inter's talisman as he's the league's top goalscorer this term with 14 strikes.
The Argentina international will be desperate to make his mark here after missing the last five league games after sustaining an injury in the Champions League defeat to Bodo/Glimt.
The 28-year-old has also scored in two of the last three head-to-heads with Sunday's opponents.
