Charalampos Lykogiannis (hamstring) is Bologna's only confirmed injury absentee, but head coach Vincenzo Italiano could rotate his starting XI after their Uefa Europa League exertions in Norway on Thursday, when they beat SK Brann 1-0 in the first leg of their knockout phase play-off tie.
